Birthday surprise

Sky's POV
"How long have we been in here?" I say
"About 3 hours" he says laughing
"That long ??!!"
"Yep, we should get back now, it's nearly 8:00" says joe putting his black converse back on.

When we get back to the hotel I get in the shower. I'm so happy joe took me out. This has been the best birthday ever. I'm so great full.

I slip on some jeans and a white crop top and walk out of the bathroom.
Joe isn't in here. "Joe? You better not be hiding". Then I see something on our bed. It's a box. It's purple and it has a beautiful gold ribbon around it tied in a bow.
I undo the bow and open up the lid of the box to see a note.

Dear sky.
I just wanted to say it again ,happy birthday !!! I have something special planned for tonight. I would like you to wear this dress and the shoes. As I know you will look beautiful in them.
At 9:00 a car will pick you up outside. Then he will take you to this 'secret destination'

I can't help but smile while reading the letter. I place it down next to the bed and take out the dress and shoes(Look at picture)

Once I have got changed and did my makeup. I look at my phone and the time is 8:58. I set off downstairs.

I step through the front doors to see a fancy black car. There is someone stood by it. "Are you skyler waters?" He says. He is a really tall. He has short black hair and he is extremely skinny. He also wears a suit.

He reminds me of slender man haha

"Yes that is me". He opens the door. I get in and sit on the black leather seat.
'Slender man' gets in the front and starts to drive.

On the way there I get about 5 texts.

'Hope you have a lovely night birthday girl'. Says Georgia

'Happy birthday. Tell me all about your night when you get back' from Zoe

'Don't get drunk!'
'Oops sorry that was for joe' says Caspar making me laugh

'Have a great night tonight. You will love it' from Alfie

So everyone knows we're I am going except me?  Great!

After a 10 minute drive. We stop.
"Thanks" I say to the driver while climbing out.  I see a huge restaurant infront of me. It's so beautiful.  The double doors open and joe walks out. In a suit!!!!  "Hello miss waters" he says holding out his arm."hello mr sugg" I say taking his arm.

We walk in and the room is quiet dark with dim lights over every table. I have never been any were so pretty.  We walk over to the tables but the joe turns right. "Are we not eating here?"
"Nope" he says grinning

We go up some stairs and through some corridors and into a room. The walls where a dark burgundy. In the middle was a round table. With 3 candles in the centre.
"This....is where we are eating"
"Wow" was all I could say.
We both sit down.
"Why are you doing this all for me?" I ask
"Because you deserve every bit of it" he says.

A waiter walks into the room with 2 glasses of champagne and 2 prawn cocktails .
" I already ordered for both of us, I got all the food you love" he says smiling shyly.
"Thanks"
