Jays POV

It's about 6:55 when I parked out side of Destiny's house and damm she has a big house.

I walk up to her doorand ring the doorbell a million times just to get her mad and it worked perfectly.

"STOP RINGING THE DAMM DOORBELL JAY!!!!!God are you always this annoying!!" She snapped at me.

I looked at her in shock and amusement. I mean no one has the guts to talk to me that way I mean they always avoid contact and stay out of my way but no her. Wow what happened to the nerd girl that needed saving today.

"Wow shortcake I'm so proud that you can yell at me that. Mac was right we really are rubbing off on you." I smirked and sent her a wink. I could see her turning red I thought it was cute.

"Yeah whatever, so do I look OK to go?" She asked me and I looked down at her clothes.

She had a fitted Beatles t-shirt on with dark blue skinny Jeans, her hair was down and it ended about the middle of her back in soft curls she had on minimal makeup but she wasn't wearing glasses. I was frozen she looked beautiful and for me to say that means a lot I never called a girl beautiful before it ways always hot or fine but never beautiful.

"Hello earth to Jay!" Destiny said while waving her hands in the front of my face. I snapped out of it and met her eyes.

"You ok?" She asked a little worried

"Yup I'm fine, and you look good come on let's go it really isn't good to be late to your own fight" I said smiling

"Wait your fighting tonite?" She asked

"Yes I am a street fighter am I'm going to be fighting tonite so come on let's go." I said

" are you sure it's safe I mean you could get really hurt" she said her voice thick with concern.

I was stunned for a moment, no one has ever shown that kind of concern for me I was sure that every one was ruting for me get my ass handed to me. But I composed myself and said

"No need to be worried shortcake, I'm undefeated so ill be fine" I smirked at her

"Whatever let's go"she muttured blushing I chuckled and said "what ever you say princess"

" ahhh stop with all damm nicknames" she said

I laughed again we got on my motorcycle and we were off.

Destiny's POV~~~~~~~~

When we got to the fights I hopped off of the motorcycle I was still a little shaken by that thing, I stumbled a little and Jay chuckled chuckled steadied me. While I clung to him

"Wow shortcake at least wait to the fights over to jump on me" Jay said with his signature smirk I let go of him and looked down so he couldn't see me blush which didn't work because he bursted out laughing. I looked at him and sent him a death glare, he stopped right then.
