Beyond the darkness

Goodbye Alice.

Matt swung the knife at Alice. He missed and she tried to open the door. Matt grabbed her hand and pushed her on the floor. "Where do you think you're going?" he said and smirked. Alice began to cry. He put her in a headlock and held the knife up to her throat. "Any last words?" he said smiling. 

Alice tried to get away, but Matt cut her throat. Blood was everywhere. Sam was knocked out on the floor and he quietly dragged Alice outside. Everyone was asleep so no one heard him. It was rainy and cold, but Matt had to get rid of her body as soon as possible.  Alice wasn't exactly dead, but she was on the verge of dying. He started digging a hole big enough for Alice to fit in. He sighed and looked at the body for awhile.

"You deserve this bitch!" he said throwing her into the hole. He started piling dirt over her body, she let out a muffled scream but he kept digging. As he was digging he was crying and kept saying "you deserve this"

Once the body was fully covered, Matt went back into the house and up to the bathroom. He was surprised at what he seen. It was Adri. She was looking back and forth from Sam's body still on the floor to the blood. "Wha-what happened?" Adri said as tears began to run down her cheek.

"You have to listen to me Adri" Matt said reaching for her arm. "Don't fucking touch me." she said kneeling down next to Sam. She left the room, but coming back moments later with a cup of cold water. She poured it on Sam, waking him up. "What happened?" he said standing up. No one answered and she walked out the room, struggling to keep Sam standing.

Matt knelt down and began crying. He sat there and cried for about 20 minutes before grabbing bleach out the sink and cleaning up the blood.

About an hour later, he comes out. Everyone left him. He ended up falling asleep.

The group got into an uber and drove back to Adri and Evan's house. When they walked into Adri's house, they were greeted by their maid, Ellie. She gave Adri a big hug and said "Were have you been?" she pushed her hair behind her ears and pulled her close. "With some friends." she said and pushed Ellie away. She was mad at Ellie because she caught her trying to have sex with Evan.

They all followed Adri up to Adri and Evan's room. They sat there in silence before Emma stood up. "Should we talk about what happened?" she said biting her lip. No one answered so she sat back down. It was Twelve a.m, and they all went to sleep.

Hours later Adri woke up to the sound of her doorbell. She stood up and looked around. It was dark, but the doorbell rang again. She woke up Evan and told him to come downstairs with her.

They walked down the stairs slowly. Adri stood before the door scared to open it. "Want me to open it?" Evan said pulling her closer to him. "Let's do it together." she said grabbing his hand and opening the door. 

They jumped surprised to see who was standing there. It was the two creepy girls from Megan's house. "We know what happened to your friend" Andrea the taller one said staring deep into Adri. No one talked for a moment. "You better beware because one of you are next" Sophie the shorter one said throwing her head back and laughing. They walked away laughing, disappearing into the darkness.

Adri shut the door slowly and looked at Evan.

They needed to find Matthew before it was too late.
