Beyond the darkness

Death note.

Adri hugged Dashie and asked her "Tell me, what did she do to you?" Dashie squeezed Adri for awhile. After hugging, for what seemed like forever. Dashie pulled away and looked Adri. "She made me kill your friends." Adri gave her a confused look. "What do you mean? I have all of my friends here." Dashie shook her head and stood up "No, no no you don't understand. I killed Res and Kars" 

Adri's face fell. She cried, once she cried she couldn't stop. Evan ran over to her and gave her a hug. "It's okay, just calm down" he said stroking her hair. "Everything will be fine"

Later that night everything was calm. Another night Adri couldn't sleep. Her anxiety grew stronger every day. She couldn't take it anymore. Adri stood up, went to the bathroom, and looked at herself in the mirror. She didn't like what she saw. She was a mess.

Adri let out a deep breath and picked up her blade, first it was one cut. But then it led several other cuts. Deeper and deeper, blood filling the sink. She cut until her bare arm wasn't visible. 

Adri fell to the floor and cried. She cried and cried and eventually lost her breath. She was gone, she was dead and there was no going back. 

Hours later, Evan appeared in the bathroom doorway. He fell to the floor crying, almost a scream which woke up Emma and Alice. They came rushing into the bathroom to find Evan trying to revive Adri. Alice pulled Evan off of her. "Evan, it's done. She's gone. Come on, come lay down." She tried pulling him away. He wouldn't move. Emma started crying. 

Alice saw the suicide letter on the sink. When she read it, she knew her life was going to change forever...
