Unknown: We need to talk.

I woke up, in the middle of the night, to my the sound of a notification from my phone.

Me: Who is this?

Unknown: It's Shemi.

Me: What do you want to talk about?

Shemi: Avi.

Me: What's wrong with him?

Shemi: He's been in his bed all day and he has been crying too. And I have no idea why. Thats what I wanted to ask you about.

Me: Well, we were rehearsing and he got emotional after we talked.

Shemi: Rehearsing? I was in the house, I know there was no rehearsing.

Me: Avi, said you weren't in the house.

Shemi: I'm hibernating. He never knows if I'm in or out. And the two of you really woke me up. Anyway that's not the point, what did you do?

Me: I didn't do a thing. He said te amo and I said it back. He began to say things in Spanish and then when I asked for what they meant. He said he couldn't tell me. Then he started to say more and he got emotional.

Shemi: I think I know what's up.

Me: What?

Shemi: Avi has been in many relationships and they've all ended horribly. But there was this guy, Avi loved so so much but eventually the guy really hurt Avi.

Me: Oh my God!

Shemi: I think you should talk to him. Come by the house tomorrow and you can talk to him.

Me: Will do.
