I jumped when I heard the knock on my door. I turned the music off and stood pulling open the door just enough to see who it was. It was a guy; tall, stocky, and very very arrogant. He had the slicked back black hair and green eyes. He had a very chiseled jaw line and he knew he was attractive. He had an arrogant smirk on his face as he leaned against my door frame.

"Can I help you?" I asked leaning against the door frame. Why was he here? What did he want?

"You are one lucky lady," he smirked. "Cause I'm your tour guide here." I rolled my eyes and shut the door in his face. He pulled it open again and walked in. I was sitting on the bed when he walked in and I groaned rolling my eyes.

"Well that was rude," he said sitting on my bed as though he were meant to be here. "Any girl would kill to be in your position."

"Well lucky for me," I sighed. "I'm not every girl. Now get out of my room cause I want to sleep."

"Its dinner time though," he said. "Someone's gotta show you where to go." I thought over the pros and cons of this and sighed when I knew I had to.

"Fine," I sighed. "but only this once." He put his hands up in mock surrender. I stood and pulled on my old boots and leather jacket. "Let's go." He stood and we left. We walked down the hallway and out of the dorm building. We crossed the broken landscape into the dining hall. It was a massive building with beautiful mosaic windows on one side and a buffet line on the left with tables scattered around the room. It was a loud bunch of noise in here and I already hated it.

"Welcome to Ceaderwood's Dining Hall," the guy said making a grand gesture to the business of the room. We started moving through the buffet line picking up tray's and plates. "Little tip, don't get the meat get the spaghetti." That was good tip here. I picked up a spoonful of the spaghetti and dropped it on the plate. I grabbed a cup full of water and followed behind the guy. We walked across the room and to the back wall by the windows and took a seat there. There were two other people there a girl and a guy. The girl was tall and thin with blue streaked blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Her lip was pierced and so were her ears. She was very beautiful. The other guy was just like the first must be twins.

"Twins?" I asked sitting down comfortably between the two. They nodded smirks playing on their lips. "And who are you?"

"Names Kenzie," she said. "I'm dating Dylan," she said nodding towards the less cocky of the two twins.

"And I'm the better half of the two of us, Theo," the other said casting a smirk in my direction again.

"Short for Theodore I'm guessing?" I asked. I started eating slowly picking at the spaghetti on my plate. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best food.

"Yes actually," he said. I nodded and moved on. I listened to the sounds around me and I felt sick. Too many people in one place. I put on one headphone to block out some of the sound. "So why are you here? What got you stuck in this hellhole?"

I looked away now trying to hide what I was feeling. There was a tightness in my chest and a knot in my stomach. I set my jaw and looked down.

"Oh now I'm curious," Kenzie said a smirk on her face.

"It is none of your business," I hissed. They looked at me in fear and I felt a tinge of regret. "I-I should go." I stood and left as fast as I could hurrying away from that place.
