Don't Rain On Tilly (bertiebertg love story)

chapter 6 -a chat with tilly rain

it was a few days later and I was sat on a slightly damp seat on the crowded underground train, on my way to the youtube studio to film a video with Bertie. I've never been to the youtube studio before and i can't wait to see it, i cant wait to meet Bertie either. I wonder if we'll get along, i hope we do, i'd really like to get to know him more.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by the train coming to an adbrupt stop, bertie was meeting me at the station. I stood up and pushed my way through the group of sweaty people bustling towards the doors, I stepped out onto the platform and scanned through everybody looking for Bertie.

I began walking down the platform to find him when I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around to see bertie smiling at me, I smiled back trying to hide how nervous I was. 

"hi, its nice to finally meet you" bertie spoke

I was staring into his beautiful blue eyes as he spoke and realised he was waiting for me to respond

" err hi, nice to meet you too...hi"

we both laughed at my response and started walking towards youtube hq.

After walking and talking for a while, we reached the studio. Bertie was actually really easy to get along with and we had swapped numbers so we could meet up again.

we began helping to set up, there was no script for me, i just had to play along with what bertie was saying. 

After filming for a bit, the video ended with Bertie planning on 'buying me a whole new wardrobe because my clothes weren't good enough to be in his videos', then we decided to go grab a cup of coffe.

whilst in the queue I was looking at Bertie, he was wearing his white shirt with a red jumper on top,his glasses and a pair of chinos, he looked really nice and i glanced down at myself, i know he was only joking in the video, but maybe i do need some more clothes, me and jasmine have to go shopping again! 

I heard Bertie say my name and I realised i'd been staring at him

" you like what you see ?" he joked 

I let out a laugh"you wish" i snapped back

I felt like i've known him for ages even though we only just met. we sat down with a drinks and chatted for a while, before i knew it, it was 6:00pm and I had to get home.

"the video is going to be up in a few days, i hope you like it" Bertie told me as i was about to get on the train

"ok see you next week" i replied

"bye tilly" he said whilst hugging me

I waved as i climbed back onto the still rammed train

I was feeling happy, we had arranged to go to the cinema next week, it wasnt  a date or anything, just as friends, but I couldn't help but like Bertie.
