It has been a week now since Mali found me. Since then I have been training with her at a park every other night. Today being one of those nights.
"So where are you going, Jira? Ya know it's getting pretty annoying getting left in the dark all the time" Trisha said, annoyed at the fact that I won't tell her more about demons.
"If you want to know so bad, then just follow me, it's not my fault if you end up getting hurt or not though" I said while putting on my black jacket, leaving it unzipped.
"Fine then. I'll just follow you" Trisha said.
"Okay. Do what you want" I said opening a window and jumping out. After I landed on the ground I started to walk to one if the city's Parks.

I walked up to the park with Trisha following close behind. I looked over at four rather large rocks. Maybe boulders? Then I heard loud stomping sounds coming closer to us."Oh hey! You made it here early Jira!" Mali said carrying a fifth boulder over to us. Its surprising how many heavy things my sister is able to carry... Then again she surprises me a lot.
"Hey, Mali. Hope you don't mind Trisha being here. She insisted on following me" I said.
"Hold on a second! It was you who gave me the idea of following!" Trisha said, annoyed by what I had said.
"Well, Mali. What are we doing tonight?" I said.
"Stop ignoring me!" Trisha shouted at me.
"Tonight I'm going to show you how to cut things with your fire!" Mali said excitedly.
"But how do you cut with fire? Doesn't fire just burn things?" Trisha asked, getting confused.
" You do it like this" Mali said. She then turns to one of the five boulders and a scarlet fire bursts to life around her left hand. With her left hand she swipes at the boulder sending a crescent wave of scarlet flames at it, the heat of the flames burning a horizontal line through the boulder, leaving a bright orange glow to where the fire had passed through the boulder.
"By making the fire as hot as I can while making it into a line as thin as a swords blade, I am able to make a cut with my flames. Cool right?" Mali said, obviously excited, "Oh! There's also another cool trick I can do!"
"Um... Mali? You do remember we're supposed to be training remember?" I said trying to get Mali back to the task at hand.
"Oh right... Sorry, Jira!" Mali apologized.
"Nothing to be sorry about, Mali. Now I guess I'll try to cut one of the boulders..." I said as bright blue flames combusts around my right hand. Guiding my arm into position I swipe with my right arm, sending a blue crescent wave of fire at a boulder. The wave of fire hitting the boulder diagonally, the flames cutting through half of the boulder, leaving a bright orange glow on where the flames had melted away the rock.
"Good job, Jira! Just a bit hotter and you could have fully burned through it" Mali said while hopping up and down slightly.

Going over and over I sent waves of fire at the boulders. Not only cutting through one once, but four times. By the time I finished, I wanted to just fall back onto the ground and sleep. Of course, I could not...
"Okay Jira, tomorrow we're going to do some training against each other. And I'll tell you now that I won't hold back~" Mali said as she walks away from the park.
