Chapter 1: Fugitive

~Isaac's P.O.V.~

I need help. Thinking where to go or at least the closest place to camp without getting caught. My best cell pal was with me because there is no way I would let him suffer too. We walked and walked. Seemed like it's been days but soon we see a cabin in the woods. I guess it's part of a camping area. We arrived there as fast as we could and broke in. Things will not end pretty if we stayed here for long. We are not at all far to escape them. The hunters always have a way to find anybody in their radar and we were still in their radar.

"We need to rest for at least a hour and then we leave and continue walking" Eduardo whispered worried if there is anyone around.

"Yea exactly what I was thinking"

We had rested enough to travel again. We have no idea why we were restrained from the world. We tried to come up with theories but none seemed correlating. We are not sure if we have any gifts/curses on us that makes us dangerous to the world.

On our runaway we encounter someone who is about to leave so we took the chance and we hid in his van. (I don't know the English word for remolca I don't even know it's I spelled it right sorry). We went to the back where the bathroom is. We waited about five minutes till the man came.

We drove for about 3 hours and then stopped. We checked what happened. We were scared that it might of been the hunters or whatever they call themselves. But our luck was by our side and he just stopped for gas.

"Phew he went to get gas" I whispered

"Thank the Lord for that, I don't know and don't want to know if the hunters had found us" Eduardo said relieved.

"Me either but I think we are out of the state or at least out of the radar" I replied

We herd the door open and we went silent. But it didn't care as the driver went back where the bathroom is. He almost caught us.

"We need to get out" Eduardo yell-whispered to me. I nodded but we didn't hear nothing which ment the driver finished what he started. I shook my head and put my finger in my lips to tell him to stay still.

"Ahh that's all I needed, it felt so good" he gasped out. Eduardo is trembling with worry. He isn't noticing but he is moving something in the back of him which looks like a frame. Probably.

"Who is there?" He asked worried.

"I know someone is there I herd you" we stayed still hoping he was hallucinating. But nope he is a stubborn man who is coming closer by the minute. He went to the front. Phew close one we need to leave on the next stop before we get caught by this man.

The man came back and to my surprise he flashed us with a flashlight. We stood there afraid as to what he is going to do. The man smiled which caused shivers for Eduardo.

"I can't believe I didn't notice you two. But how in the earth did you get in my van?"

I was unable to speak at all. So as Eduardo. We got caught but he didn't seemed to care.

"Come on speak I don't want to be here standing like an idiot waiting for a response. Plus I want info as who you two are here."

"I-I-I.... W-W-We" I stammered.

"Come here sit down in the couch and please explain"

We took some time to talk or at least getting comfortable with him. So we told him we escaped from some people who call themselves hunters. He was shocked. I didn't understand at all as to why he was shocked. We told him that we don't know who we are well not completely we or at least me. I don't remember we nothing but my name and a village I lived. But I doubt someone's there. It's been so long since whatever happened.

"So your telling me that you don't know how you got captured or what your are?" We both nodded.

He took a deep breath. "Well I'll take you back to my village well more of a pack"

"Pack?" Adam seemed confused as to why he called it pack. And so was I. I wish I had my memories it would've at least help a bit in understanding things. Eduardo told us to explain what is happening in the morning because he is to tired.

"Yea but I'm not going to explain nothing until I get there and talk to the alpha or as others call him the mayor and he is able to communicate with anybody around the world. He will probably have done sneers as to where you two belong"

"Okay but at least tell us why are we going to wait and not right now. Are you not permitted? Also will anything bad happen?"

"I am not allowed unless I get permission or unless you knew who you are a bit and I can't make promises to the last question because he is not really that of a nice guy but his son is"

"Ok and cool I guess but we aren't going to bother him like he thinks we are. I just want some answers as to where I could belong"

"Hold up your to worried go join your friend who is already sleeping. There are blankets on the top shelf or middle in the closet."

"Thank you very much for helping us we owe you a big one"

"Don't thank me yet we are not sure as to what my alpha will say"

"Oh then let me rephrase that and say thank you for trying to help us" he smiled and I smiled back.

It's a relieve that we can now sleep in regular beds. Not in those nasty gray and stiff mattress in our cell. So happy tomorrow we will see if we belong any where in the world.
