Chapter 27 - A date

I walked down the school with my eyes fixed on the ground, afraid of people gossiping about me again.

"Unnie unnie! You're so cool!" Thick makeup suddenly appeared and linked arms with me.

"Omo i didn't notice this pretty face of yours!" Squeaky voice squeaked.

"You should've told us that you're Seunghoon oppa's childhood friend right ㅋㅋ," Thick glasses faked a laughter.

"How was Jaehyo oppa like when he's younger? Since the both of you are cousins right?" Crossed eyed asked annoyingly.

"Unnie you should be an idol! We'd definitely support you!" Bunny tooth said with spit coming out of her mouth.

Why are these people so....two faced?  I ignored them and continued walking to class.

"Unnie, i understand if you're mad at us, we're sorry about the past okay? Let bygones be bygones," Thick makeup said and leaned her head on my shoulder.

"Unnie, you're the coolest person i've ever met!" Squeaky voice clanged onto my other arm.

"JinAh!" Someone called out. I turned around and spotted Seunghoon running towards me, his expression fell when he saw the five girls beside me. The girls started squealing and took out their phones to take pictures.

"JinAh, are they bullying you again?" He asked and gave them a dirty look. 

"A-Aniyo oppa! We came to apologize to unnie for our wrong doings in the past," Thick makeup explained with heart shaped eyes. 

"You better not be up to something again," Seunghoon said and pulled me away.

"Y-Yah they really didn't mean anything!" I said and tried to keep up with his pace. 

"JinAh ah, you're just being too kind hearted. They're just taking advantage of you, don't you notice?" He stopped walking and faced me. I shook my head. 

"It's alright, just don't be too nice to them. Let's go somewhere!" He said and grabbed my hand. 

"Where are we going?" I exclaimed.

"You'll see!" He said excitedly.

Soon after, we arrived at the bowling alley.

"Bowling?" I asked and he nodded.

"Have you played it before?" He asked and i shook my head.

"No worries, i'll teach you!" He smiled. 

He taught me step by step on how to bowl and he was really serious. My first ball was a fail, it went into the gutter.

"It's alright, practice makes perfect!" He smiled and pat my back. He showed me his skills and i must admit, he's really good at it! 

My second ball was alright, i managed to hit six out of ten pins! 

"Good job!" He applauded and gave me a high five. 

After a few tries, i finally got the hang of it and got better at it.

"Come on, impress me and make me speechless," He smirked, hinting me to get a strike. 

I took a deep breath, took a few steps forward and bowl the ball. The moment the ball hits nine pins, i turned around, only to have his body crashed into mine.

"Oh my god you did it! It's a strike!" He cheered happily while hugging me. I was taken aback for awhile, but i didn't realize i was smiling so hard. I look back again to find that the last pin was down, it was a strike!

"OH MY GOD!!" I screamed and he pat my head. "Good job!" He complimented again.

Surprisingly, i won Seunghoon in bowling. Further more, it was my first time bowling and it was my first strike!

"Where should we go next?" I asked as i glance on my watch. It was only 9pm and it's a Friday. I'm not gonna lie, but i really wanted to spend more time with him.

"How about ice skating?" He suggested.

"Can you skate?" I asked him and he hesitated for awhile before shaking his head. "Can you?"

"No i can't," I pouted. 

"Alright i don't want to lie to you so i'll admit, i can skate," He chuckled. I punched his forearm, "Yah!"

"I'll teach you, let's go!" He said and we went to the ice skating rink.

We put on our skates and he helped me to stand up. I wobbled like a penguin into the ice rink while he walked behind me in case i fall. Me being the hero, decided to wear shorts today so i prayed really hard that i will not fall.

"Bend your knees and lean forward, left, right, left, right...." He demonstrated and i followed after.

"Like that?" I asked and wobbled forward.

"Yes! Let's go a few rounds, you'll slowly get used to it!" He said. He held my hands and pulled me forward. We are...holding hands....

"Yes you got it! Keep it up!" He ruffled my hair and smiled. My heart skipped a beat.

After five rounds around the rink, i'm finally able to skate without his help. Although there were times i almost fell, but he would rush to me and hold my hands.

"Oh my god, i'm very afraid of you falling," He said with a worried look on his face. I smiled, "It's not like i'll die!"

"But i don't want you to scrape your knees!" He argued and i chuckled. "Okay, okay, i'll be more careful."

We arrived outside my apartment after a very long, yet productive day. 

"Thanks for sending me back," I smiled.

He opened his arms and hugged me, i smiled and hugged him back. "Thanks for today, JinAh ah, i really appreciate it a lot."

We broke off from the hug and i smiled at him, "Thank you, too."

I'm sooooo sorry for not updating! I'm really busy with school and i have 3 upcoming major projects to do so i apologize! :-( I didn't have the time to catch up on kpop too! T_T

Nonetheless, i hope you enjoyed this chapter! :D
