~In Chicago~
I was in Chicago now. After driving two days, I had arrived at the place I was to meet Stefan and Klaus. I hope and pray that Stefans humanity was some what there. Who knows what klaus has made him do.
I walked up to the warehouse looking thing, and stepped uo to the door. I walked in, not bothering to knock. They knew that I was coming. I had told them on the phone earlier. "Knock knock!" I shouted, walking into the large room. What was strange was the coffins in the middle of it. "Hello? Stefina? Klausy?" I teased, going into the middle of the room with the coffins. i heard some laughter and looked into the direction of it. "Hello..?" I was starting to freak out.
"Hello love!" Greeted an English accent from behind me. I quickly turned around from looking at the coffins in fright. "Klaus." I acknowledged, nodding my head. He smiked and his right hand swayed out to announce my brother walking out of the shadows. "Stefan..." I whispered. He had blood running down left side of his face. Klaus had brung out the ripper in him.
I snapped my gaze back to the Original in front of me and glared. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?!" I shouted, ready to launch myself at the smirking devil. "I gave him a gift." He answered simply, the smirk on his face growing ever so slighty. "That, is not a gift! That is a curse. Do you know how long it took him to get on his bunny diet?" I shouted, raising my hands in a 'WTF' pose. Stefan chuckled menacingly and came forward a bit to me. "Oh dear sister. It's nice to see you." He greeted reaching out for a hug. I stepped back and studied his eyes. There wasn't the spark that held his humanity, love, and caring side. I shook my head 'no' to him and crossed my arms across my chest. "Your humanity is off Stefan." I whispered. He chuckled more and nodded his head.
"Yes. It was getting in the way of his greatness." He butted in. I scoffed at him and hissed. "I'm having a moment with my twin. Bug off!" Klaus laughed and nodded his head, holding his hands up in surrender. I growled and turned back to Stefan who had an amused look on his face. "Hey.." I said. I honestly was pissed at Klaus for turning his humanity off, and forcing him back into his ripper days. But I had missed my brother and ran up to him suffocating him in a hug. My brother laughed and gripped me into a hug, kissing the top of my head. "I missed you so much!" I whispered. It was true. Keeping tabs on him and Damon didnt feel the same as being with them.
After catching up and finding out that Stef still cared about me, I promised him i wouldn't say anything. I was about to walk out of the place when Klaus called out to me. I stopped and turned around. He was jogging over to me. I felt my face turned into a confused look and scrunched up my nose.
"Ariana. It seems you still matter to Stefan. I will not take that away from you." I nodded my head thankfully and turned, when he reached out his hand and caught my wrist. I looked at his face with a questioning look. "I understand that you must have heard horrible things about me. And some may be true. But I want your opinion to be yours, and not played off of what others have said. So will you allow me to take you to dinner tonight?" His eyes held honesty, and hope. I nodded my head and smiled brightly. "Sure. Here's my address." I handed him a slip of paper. "Call when you are ready to pick me up." I said, before waving to Stefan and walking out of the ware house.
