The Salem Trials

Chapter 3: Part 2 meeting (Lyneka)

We've been called to the Conference room by the Headmaster. I don't think we did anything wrong. Unless Christian decided to blow up the school. Lapis looks very worried as we were on our way to the Conference room. Consider her grades, I think she's fine. On the other hand, Chelsea is starting to swear and curse. She thinks that this is stupid and she did nothing wrong. Toddrick decided to join Chelsea in their little argument. I see more people walking with us. To be honest the principal called a lot of us to see him.

We arrived at the Conference room and there was all the teachers, student council, and finally the Headmaster.

"Please have a seat around the table, we have something important to discuss," said the Headmaster.

He sounded very serious. This is bad, maybe we are in trouble

"Now you're all wondering why you guys are here. Well let's clear up the misunderstanding... you are not in trouble and your grades are perfectly fine. But we need you to corporate" continued the Headmaster.

Good, I thought that we were in trouble.

"This is serious business. You 15 students will participate in the Salem Trials." Said the Headmaster.

"Ummm may I ask but what is the Salem Trial?" asked William.

"Good question William, it is a trial based on your lives. Your roles will be randomly picked and you'll receive information based on your role. There will be different groups of role, Townspeople, Neutral, and finally Mafia. To win, you must survive and live in your category. Also, your roles will be kept a secret weather or not you want to reveal it is your choice." Answered the Headmaster.

"So what happens if we don't participate?" asked Lapis.

"If you guys don't do the trial, the curse will begin. This curse is dangerous and we don't know what will happen.

"But what do you think might happen?" Asked Lapis

"Prophecies says that if we don't do the Salem trial. The witches curse will begin" responded the Headmaster

"Wait a witch curse?, why a witch curse?" asked Toddrick.

"Because a long time ago in the town of Salem, their were witches living among the human. They lived a peaceful life until one day a women found out there were witches. They decided to execute anyone who was a witch. The witches were upset and came up with a curse. Every 4 years they will held a Salem Trial that will lead to pain, backstabbing, and death. They wanted the humans to feel the same pain they had " said Headmaster.

We all became silent. We all looked down.

"Now it time that you guys get started on getting your roles. One at of time you guys will get your roles" said the Headmaster.

We started to form a straight line and waited by the door. One by one we each entered and got our roles.

"You guys should go back to your dorm rooms and pack up your stuff. You'll be transported to the mountains where their is going to be a campus. The bus will arrived at 6 in the morning. You are dismissed." said the Headmaster.

We all got up and left the room. We were silent. Why this has to happen to us?
