18 Toothless

I went to the boys room to check on them. "Boys?", I asked and nocked on the door. I opened it and saw the boys playing. Hunter had turned into a night fury and was chasing Jake.

"Hey! Don't break anything!", I said
The boys stopped and looked at me. "We won't!!", Jake said. Hunter ran over and tugged at my pants. "What is it?", I asked picking him up.

He changed back into a human. "Can we have cake?", he asked. "Cake? I don't know if we have any", I replied. "Can we make some?", Jake asked. "I guess", I replied.

"Yay!", the boys cheered. Jake ran out the door to the kitchen. I caried Hunter to kitchen. When we got there Katie was standing in the middle of the kitchen and had her hands on her hips.

"A cake?", she asked. "Yeah", I replied. "Well, I guess we can make a cake! Come on boys!", Katie said. The boys cheered. Hunter jumped out of my hands and landed on his feet. Katie made us wash our hands.

She got out the cake mix and got out the eggs and milk and a mixing spoon. "Alright! We are going to make an awesome cake!", she said. "Yeah!", the boys said.

"What are going to do!", Katie yelled. "Make a cake!", me and the boys yelled. "What!", Katie yelled. "Make a cake!", we yelled louder. "Yeah!!!!", we all yelled. "Alright. Toothless, crack the eggs, Hunter pour the milk, Jake pour the mix.", Katie said. We did so and stepped back from it.

Katie came in and started to mix it. After she put it in a cake pan and put it in the oven. "Now we wait", she said. "I hate that part", Jake said. "Well its something we must all do", Katie said.

We walked to the living room and waited for the cake. DING! The oven went off. "Ahh! Cake!!", Jake yelled. Katie ran into the kitchen and took the cake out.

"Can we eat it?", Jake asked. "No not yet. It's still hot", Katie said. "But I want some now", Hunter said. "Let it cool and we will eat some", I said. The boys nodded.

Later

After hours of cooling we each got a piece of cake. The boys got two since they liked it so much.

"Don't eat to much", Hiccup said. He and Jack and the others came to have some too.

"We won't!", the boys said. They stuffed another piece in their mouth. As they did that so did Jack.

"I think they get it from Jack", I said to Hiccup and he nodded. "What?", all three of them asked. "Nothing!", me and Hiccup said.

They looked at us like we were crazy and went back to their cake. "Do they even have anything from me?", Hiccup asked. "They have your hair and smile", I replied. "And your cuteness", Jack said.

"Yeah but I mean like in personality", Hiccup said. "Uh, oh um..." Me and Jack couldn't come up with an answer. "See!", Hiccup said.

"What's wrong papa?" "Did something happen?", the boys asked. "It's nothing boys", Hiccup said. "But papa! You look sad. What's wrong?", they asked. Hiccup smiled at the boys and ruffled their hair.

"They do have something of you. They care", Jack said. "Yeah. That's a good one", Hiccup said. "Also, I think Hunter's favorite form is night fury", I said. "Hey, that makes me think of you and Toothless", Jack said. "Yeah it does", Hiccup said.

We turned to see Hunter in night fury form and Jake playing around. Hunter was chasing Jake around the living room. Hunter caught Jake and flew up to the ceiling.

Jake was laughing and giggling. He was laughing so much Hunters grip on him. Jake was falling. "Jake!", Hiccup yelled. Hunter flew down and cought him.

He turned human and they fell on the couch. "Are you two ok!", Hiccup asked. "Yes dad!", they both said. Hiccup still searched them for any bruises or scars, which they didn't have.

"I'm glad your safe. And Why did you think that was a good idea!!!", Hiccup yelled at them. "Papa told us he did it to you", Jake said. Jake looked away and ate some more cake.

"Jack?", Hiccup asked. "They wanted to know what my favorite song was. I told them 'All About Us' and they asked why. I said because it was our song", Jack replied.

"Boys?", Hiccup asked. "Jake's idea!", Hunter said. Hiccup turned to Jake. "Can I say papa put the idea in my head?", Jake asked. Hiccup looked back at Jack. "Sorry?", Jack asked. Hiccup sighed. He walked to his room with a piece of cake with him.

"Come on. Let's go out side and play", I said and took the boys out. "Becareful!", Katie said. "We will!", I replied and we headed out.
