Chapter 3
Harry’s P.O.V
I didn’t want to wake Kayla up. She looked so beautiful when she was sleeping. Her long eyelashes resting against her cheekbones. Her slightly parted full lips. When we had cuddled last night. I knew that I wanted to be with her. The sparks and electric shocks were going crazy inside of me. I eventually unwrapped my arms from around her. And got up out of bed.
“Harry…” she said
“Yeah? I’m sorry that I woke you.” I answered, when she didn’t answer me back I walked around the bed to look at her face, but she was still asleep. That means she was dreaming of me! I tried to not let that make me so happy, but I couldn’t stop the huge grin that spread across my face.
Kayla’s P.O.V
When I woke up, the memories of last night came flooding back to me. Did I have sex with him!? Dimmit! I ran out of my bedroom and into the kitchen to see Harry, standing at the stove in nothing but his boxers, making bacon and pancakes..
"Good morning, Sunshine." He smiles at me
"Uhm.. Yeah. Listen Harry, Did we...You know." I ask him, my voice full of worry
"What? Oh! No, we didn't, you asked me to stay with you last night after you freaked out at the movie we were watching." He says
"Okay, Good. What are you making?" I ask him, trying to change the subject, hoping he wouldn't notice. He does and just smiles at me.
"Chocolate chip pancakes, and BACON!" He answers Excitingly
"You are crazy, But it does smell really good in here. I am going to go take a shower I will be right back. " I answer back at him.
As I shower I let my mind wander about all the questions I have about Harry
-Why am I so comfortable with him?
-What is his past like?
-Does he like me?
- Why do I let my emotions take over me when he is around?
As frustrated as I am at myself for letting him stay last night, I can't help but love the way his arms felt wrapped around me. But I promise myself that I will NOT keep seeing him, I will not get close to him and I most definitely will not "love" him. Nope. Never again.
