Aburame Shino is a Genin of Konoha who uses insects as his main weapon. He is in Genin team #10, with Kiba and Hinata. His clan, the Aburame, have a pact with insects, which reside within their bodies and help them in times of trouble.

Akadou Yoroi is a Genin of Otogakure (the Hidden Sound), under the guise of a leaf ninja. He has a power, possibly a bloodline limit, which enables him to steal chakra from enemy shinobi.

Akamaru is Inuzuka Kiba’s dog, and usually, partner in missions. Kiba and Akamaru have several techniques which use both of their talents. One of these is beast-human henge, where Akamaru transforms into a replica of Kiba, so it’s hard to tell them apart.

The Akatsuki Leader is the one pulling the strings or Itachi, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori, and the other Akatsuki. It’s his goal to attain the powers of all the Youma (tailed beasts), and he’ll stop at nothing to attain this. It’s rumored that he has some connection to the Yondaime Hokage, but as yet it’s still uncertain.

Akimichi Chouji is a Konoha Genin from team #8 with a big appetite. His attacks are mostly size-based, utilizing his ability to burn off more calories in a short period. He’ll increase his size, then roll at his enemy at high speed. Some of his cloak-and-dagger abilities lie in three top-secret pills used only by the Akimichi clan, which offer the user unparalleled power, but destroy the body soon after.

Baki is the Sunagakure Jounin in charge of Gaara and his siblings. It’s he who receives orders from the Kazekage, and relays them to the Sand trio, who act out the Kazekage’s will.

Chiyo-Baa is a Suna Council elder, and also is Sasori’s grandmother. Although old, she has a few tricks up her sleeve, and can fight just as well as any other shinobi. She and Sakura battle together against Sasori, who proves to be more than they can handle.

Dan was Tsunade’s boyfriend, but due to a lack of proper medical training in the field, he died in the war. His dream was to become Hokage.

Deidara is a former Iwagakure (Hidden Stone) ninja, who now works in Akatsuki. He’s assumed to be male, though it’s hard to tell. His attacks are based on exploding clay which he creates from mouths in the palm on his hands. He alone took on Gaara defeated him, returning with him to the Akatsuki hide-out.

Ebisu is Konohamaru’s private tutor, and a specialized Jounin. He’s very strict when it comes to tutelage, but he’s susceptible to Naruto’s “Harem no Jutsu.” He later agrees to teach Naruto privately before the Chuunin exam finals, but Jiraiya teaches Naruto instead.

Enko ou Enma is the Sandaime Hokage’s “helper” in times of trouble. He is brought forth using Kuchiyose (summoning) no Jutsu, and can transform into the mystical Nyoibo (battle staff) from the Eastern legend, Saiyuki. He can also make kagebunshins, which together can create a temporary protective cage for Sarutobi. Enma sometimes has a rotten attitude, but when Sarutobi’s in trouble, he’s always ready to help.

Gamabunta is the great frog of Konoha, and about the size of a Youma. He is summoned by Jiraiya, the Yondaime Hokage, and eventually Naruto, who uses the Kyubi chakra to summon him. Gamabunta carries a short sword and smokes a pipe, and doesn’t like brats like Naruto, but Naruto starts to eventually grow on him.

Gatou is a ruthless businessman who has set his sights on Nami no Kuni (the Land of the Waves) in order to expand his shipping empire. He hires Zabuza, a former Kirigakure Jounin, to take out Tazuna the bridge builder, who is the only person in Gatou’s way. Eventually Gatou turns on Zabuza, who kills him for insulting him.
