"-awwww poor you, and Chris ain't even here to save you, oh please, just kill yourself already" giggled Cassie kneeling over me,
Blood running down my nose, bruises covered my arms and legs,
Tears streaming down my face.
I got up and ran back to the dorms plugging in my headphones,
Today is New Year's Eve, Chris is still sick,
He phoned me this morning that he ain't gonna be in class,
I headed into my dorm, and looked at myself in the mirror,
I decided to take a nap,

I awoke and got out of bed and sighed, replaying what Cassie said,
She is right, I opened my blade box, just once more,
I wiped my tears and grabbed my blade putting it against my wrist when I heard a knock at the door,
I flinched and dropped the blade on the floor,
I opened the door to see Chris,
"Get changed we are going out"
"W..where"
"It's new year, duh.. There is a party, the whole year is going and I don't wanna be a loner"
"O..oh, but I thought you weren't feeling well,"
"Yeah, well I got over it, a glass of almond milk and I was good to go" he said,
I kicked the blade under my bed,
"I'll be waiting outside, please don't take five years,"
I rolled my eyes and closed the door,
I sighed, parties, let's hope this goes down well,
