What would you do? (Chapter 3)

~Dawns P.O.V~

Desmond, the perfect example of who I never wan't my my best friend, Darcy, to fall for. He's self centered, a player and a douche bag, but most people call him an asshole. I'm afraid if Darcy falls for him that her heart will be broken. He has a reputation of doing that. He's constantly flirting with other girls, even when he's dating. He is an ass to everyone, including friends, family, and definitely crushes. I can already tell that she's falling for him. If she hangs out with him it'll be set in stone. I'm thinking of convincing her not to go to the party, what would you do if your friend was falling for a player?

"I don't think we should go to that party." I said to Darcy, quickly seeing her happiness replaced with anger.

"You know just as good as I do that you love party's just as much as me. If you are trying to keep me away from Desmond, it's not going to work!" She said while anger blazed in her eyes.

"I wouldn't want Desmond that self centered jerk for all the money in the world. But even if I don't like him, doesn't mean he is an all you can eat buffet of jerk, ass, and a side of douche!" I said loosing my cool.

"And what do you think your Precious little Brandon is? He sure isn't the perfect model for a future boyfriend!" She snapped a verbal knockdown.

"I'm sorry, I just don't think he is the right guy to go after." I said softly.

" I'm not worrying about you and Brandon, why should you worry about me? I'll be fine, he's a nice guy." She said quickly.

"Nice my ass." I whispered beneath my breath.
