School was today and I didn't want to go. Not because that I hated school but because I would see Niall. The only person I hated on the world.

See me and Niall dated since freshman year and we were the couple to be. We lived near each other, our parents got along and loved both of us, he was my first, and trust me he was my last. We had went to a party and of course Niall dragged me to go. I usually would've been happy to go but I felt like this was a bad idea. When we had got there Niall left me by myself. Long story short he cheated on me. He broke my heart, and my trust.

"Cassie get your ass up for school!" My mom yelled from downstairs. I sighed as I made my way to the bathroom. I did my hygiene and put on my black biker skirt, a white t-shirt and a black leather jacket. I started to search for my Toms when my yelled for me to come down. I sighed and grabbed my black Toms and ran downstairs.

I shook my head as I saw my mom's new boyfriend sitting on the couch. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad my mom is happy but I hate the guy that's making her happy.

"Why are you wearing that short ass skirt?"

"The same reason why you wearing your cleaness dirtiest shirt Malcolm." I said rolling my eyes.

"If you keep getting smart, I going to have to show you what being a smart ass gets you." Malcolm warned.

"Whatever." I walked out the door.

I began walking to my school but immediately regretting it as I see Niall and his friends. When Niall spots me he smiles and begins walking towards me. I huffed. I knew this was going to happen.

"Cassie! Hey." Niall said.
"Leave me alone Niall."

Niall frowned.
"You still haven't forgave me yet. I apologized to you so many times. Why won't you take me back."

I laughed. Did he really think that I was going to forgive him?

"Niall honey, not enough money in the world would make me forgive you." I tried to walk away but Niall stopped me.
"Cassie please hear me out."
I snatched away from him.
"No there is no sense of me trying to take you back. Once a cheater always a cheater." I continued to walk into the school building.
I was met by my best friend Skylier.
"Ugh I saw what happened. He won't give it up huh?"
I shook my head. Skylier has been with me through thick and thin. She knows everything about me and I know everything about her.

We started walking to class when Hunter walked up to us.

"Case. Hi." He said.
I smiled. I was happy to see him.
"Hunter. Hi."
Skylier looked over at him than to me. She smiled after she made her assumption.
"Hi I'm Skylier. I'm Cassie's best friend. Who might you be?" She said pushing passed me.

Hunter smiled. "I'm her neighbor. Nice to meet you Skylier."

Skylier smiled widely.
"Please you can call me Sky." Hunter smiled.

"What class do you have?" I asked laughing.
"English."
Skylier squealed.
"Oh good you have our class. This high school is a little different from other high schools. Everyone's schedule is the same depending on your first hour."
He nodded.
"So that means you'll be with us this year." Skylier smiled at him.
Hunter nervously laughed and grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers. I smiled as Skylier looked over at us and smiled as we made our way to class. Our happiness was cut short when Niall walk up to me and Hunter.
He looked at us and frowned.
"So you didn't want to take me back because you got a new wanna be blonde?"
Hunter laughed.
"You're a wanna be blonde too. Your roots are brown just like mine."

Niall laughed. "Wow Cassie. You got a dork as your new boyfriend."

I rolled my eyes. "Hunter let's go. Please." I begged as his grip on my hands tightened.
He looked down at me. Skylier was scared. She knew Niall had a temper and anything can trigger it.
"If I'm so much of a dork, how did I even manage to get the girl you so desperately want back?" Hunter had a devious smirk in his face.
My cheeks began to turn pink. I've never had two boys fight over me. Well my dad doesn't count.
Skylier was a fast think and changed the subject.
