Why Me!?

Chapter 5

The next morning I was determined to avoid him at all costs. I cant believe he showed up at my school.

Putting on kaki black short shorts and a red tank top. I headed out the door. At school all the girls saw me and started murmuring.

" How did she get a guy like that ?'

" Are they dating? "

""Why did she run if I was her i wouldve jumped straight into his arms!"

These girls. Allison ran up to me. " You know everyones talking about u."

" Yea I kinda figured that out already. "

As the periods slipped by I got anxious about what he would do next. If he starts following me I mean how many times can I run away! ?

After eighth period I saw a crowd at the bulletin board out side. I was about to run when I saw everyone was crowding around the bulletin board which had a bunch a papers on it.

I pushed through the crowd and read one of the papers. All of them had my name on it !!! What the Hell!! I started vigorously ripping down the signs. As I was working to get them down I bumped into someone.

" Well well we meet again."

The voice sent icy shivers down my spine.

I spun around. He was standing right in front of me blocking any escape I could've made.

"Look why dont we tal-"

Before I could say another word he picked me up and threw me over his shoulders like I was a back pack. And headed on his way.

All the girls were looking at us in awe.

I screamed and kicked " Help !!!! Somebody Help!!!!"

They just giggled and yelled back "Relax summer !! You too love birds have a good time now"

Idiots all of them are idiots. Im being kidnapped here and they think wer going on a freakin lovers fest or something! !!!!!!

He threw me into what Im guessing was his new car. And Started driving. I mean was he going to kill me !? This guy is crazy theres no doubt about that. Was he gonna lock me up forever and... then what? ? No!! I will not end up like that!!!

" Where are you taking me?!!! This is illegal you know!! Im going to freakin press charges on you!!"

" Ok Ok do whatever you want little girl.."

What! Who was this guy...

We pulled up at a fancy restuarant but barely anybody was there because it was only like 3 pm.

We sat down across from eachother. He threw me what looked like the contract.

" Just sign it . Ill even treat you to dinner."

I read through it. Basically it was that I would be his servant for a month and do whatever he told me to do such as chores errands etc. He also promised not to do anything bad to me such as use me to do illegal activities etc.

His signature was already at the bottom it read : Drew Healy.

So thats his name... Drew. I signed my name. So thats it I signed myself to the devil.

" Just saying you try anything and ill go straight to the police!"

He just laughed. " My father has ties to the CIA so try all you want ..but your probably not gonna get anywhere."

I just gaped at him. He didnt look like he was lying... " Ok ok fine! Now wheres this dinner you promised me." He threw me a debt card "Eat all you want" and with that he disappeared out the front door.
