Target 10: Lost in the Forest Part 1: The Past

A/N: THANK YOU SO, SO, SO MUCH for 4k views, makes me very happy. I forgot to mention I'm not putting in any hints or warnings. You should know them by now and if you don't then just go back to a chapter that has them. I'm just really lazy. (If you can't tell by now) Oh but before I move on to the story I just want to say that this chapter is going to be more into depth about the OCs pasts. Naoko, Hiroki, and Kira's (mostly Kira's) pasts will be mentioned in this chapter. Shoko's past will not be in this chapter, his will be a completely different chapter. Though they are not the main focus of this story and I don't care for OCs in these types of stories but I feel that it needs to be done for the plot. Also school is killing me slowly, on my death certificate the cause of death will be school.

"WHAT?! DAME-TSUNA IS IN OUR GROUP?!" Kira exclaimed, glaring harshly at the brunet still sitting at the dining table. "How unlucky can I get..."

All hell broke lose. 

Hayato pulled out his dynamite, readying to attack at any given chance. 

Takeshi gripped the hilt of his bamboo sword tightly. 

Chrome and Mukuro simultaneously drew their tridents out thin air. 

Ryohei stopped yelling 'EXTREME', which was a miracle since he repeated the word not stop through the duration of the trip. 

Kyoya flashed his tonfas and said "I'll bite you to death," 

Ayame was the first one to act, despite all the other pissed off guardians. The older blonde walked up to her sister, raising her spatula as she did so, and whacked the her younger sister on the head with said spatula. "Kira-chan, it's not nice to say mean things to one of your fellow classmates," the older sister chastised. 

Then something came to her, where she had no clue, but the one phrase was enough to make her crack. "Why does he get all the attention? Why aren't you recognized? You deserve so much better,"

While Kira was not the most kind person in the world, however, it's hard for her not to notice the evil glares that she was given once she insulted Dame-Tsuna. She was use to this at school, Gokudera, Yamamoto and sometimes even Chrome, Kyoko and Hana would give her a glare when she picked on him. After all, they were his friends, which she still can't fathom why they would hang out with a loser like him. This, this was different, all the staff present, even her own sister, looked as if they were ready to murder her. Her sister seemed a little less frightening, considering that they were sisters. Tsuna seemed to be favored by the staff, even on the plane they treated him differently. 

To put it simply, Kira couldn't understand. 

Understand why a "no-good" person like Tsuna had friends

Understand why so many people respected him. 

Understand why her own sister seemed to like him more than her. 

It didn't make any sense!

While lost in her thoughts the head butler continued to read the list that stated who was in which group. 

The guardians were given a harsh glare from Tsuna, causing a guilty expression to appear on their faces- sans Kyoya and Mukuro. 

Soon everyone was finished being put into groups, some happy with their group mates, while others... not so much. Most of the students had already filed out of the dinning hall, eager to explore the mansion, while only Tsuna's group and friends remained. Hiroki and Naoko would have been long gone, had Kira not remained rooted in her spot, her fist trembling.
