(Ethan)
ETHAN POV:
"This is the last straw Ethan!" My dad yelled at me from the bottom of the stairs.
"Ethan, it's only for the summer. You'll be fine, I promise." My mom said from the doorway of my room. I was throwing my clothes into a suit case. "It's called Green Ranch, it's ran by an older couple and their grandaughters. You'll have fun."
I had to drive myself there, because both of my parents were leaving for work. So I threw my bag in the back of my pickup and followed the directions to an adress my mom had sent to me. The drive was about two and a half hours away from my house. The road there was quite and empty.
After about a half hour of driving the tall buildings were replaced with mountains and trees. There were horses all over and everything had a fence around it. Even though I was being forced aginst my will to come out here, at least the view wasn't that bad.

Eventually I drove under a big wooden arch that said 'Green Ranch' in metal along the top. From there I went about five minutes until I saw a house. By the house was a big red barn and some smaller buildings around it.
When u got closer I say one girl that was about age, seventeen, and one that was probably at least twenty. I pulled up next to the older of the two.
"Hey, do you know where I could find the owner of this place?" I asked leaning out the window of my pickup.
"Oh you must be the new hand my grandpa hired. He's in the house." She pointed to a house about fifty yards from me right now.
