6) the takeoff

I ran to the door to check who it was through the eyehole. 

It was Lin, she had come, it was Lin.!!

 I immediately unlocked the the door and found myself in her arms,

I definitely need that!!.

I saw tears in her eyes. I realised that she too had seen the video, and had come to comfort me.

"Hurry up, we leave tomorrow at midnight, My dad has already booked tickets for you, and  everything else has been taken care of. ", she looked at me, softly, with the most comforting and assuring eyes. 

"Why Lin? Why are you doing this for me? This is too big a thing, I dont want to be a burden on you, You dont have to do this, when its not even your mistake. You tried to warn me, and i should have listened, I was so stupid, so lost in love with that jerk, i dint,, i..--" 

"ohhh Shut up natasha, Just stop talking.

we are best friends and will always be, and whose going to help you when your in need?

Its no more safe for you to stay at home. We'll get you a job in Paris, just dont forget to carry all your college certificates. Now common, get packing already, and forget about getting back at Rajesh, he's not worth it. 

Whatever has happened cannot be changed, you need to move on

You need to move on to Paris" She yelled, holding my shoulders and letting out a big smile, as if Paris was going to make me forget all that , that had just happened.

I packed all the important things i would be needing, Lin told her dad would send a man to ship all the remaining things to Paris. 

I really had no other option, other than moving away from home.

I called my Lawyer and told him i would be selling the house, and that he could start sennding poeple to look at the house after two days. We agreed on a good price. 

I packed Garfield's stuff, his food and his necessary items.

I was tired and i needed to sit for a while. I sat next to my laptop and noticed Rajesh had posted filthy comments about me stating how good i was in bed and what all i woulddo for money.

"That bastard really isnt worth it" I wept!

 i posted in big letters on his wall, and deleted my account.

I no longer wanted to be in contact with anybody who had seen my video

I wanted to start over

I needed to move on!!

Next morning came pretty fast, as i had spent my previous evening weeping and sleeping.

Lindsey came home with her dad and helped me move out. We took all my luggage and shifted it to Lin's house, We decided we would leave to the airport from her house.

Lin's father was rich businessman in Paris, and he was a very good father.

He took care of me really well and made sure i felt safe everyminute.

I still couldnt get over the whole incident. Me on the internet, Going obscene things to myself.. how could i, Why did i? I am smart, How did i let this happen to myself?

A tear trickled down my cheek,

Lindsey's father gave me a warm hug , "Difficult times come in everybody's lives, We need to learn how to move on. trust me, nobody will recognise you in Paris, Lin told me you were the topper in your university, We'll find you an amazing job and you can start over in Paris. Not everybody gets a chance to startover", He smiled, his hand on my shoulder.

In the evening we reached the airport and boarded on the plane.

Images of me on bed with Rajesh flashed in front of my eyes. How happy i had been with him, how much we were in love, I would have done anything for him, What made him do such a thing to me. I will never be able to forgive him. I never will.

As i looked outside the window, the earth started moving backwards.

I shook away all my thoughts and smiled... "This takeoff is the best thing that is going to happen to me, i wont let anyone ruin it", i said to myself, softly.
