August POV

I was walking around the city as the night air kisses my face,it was a beautiful sight. I've been deciding if I should visit New Orleans or not,I haven't been there since I moved unless I had a concert. What's the purpose of me going,Me and my moms still don't speak,Travis lives in Atlanta,my nieces live in Atlanta,Victor lives in LA,Nicki and Drake live in LA,and Ci's mom lives with us in LA. So what's really there for me to visit for? Brittany and Damon are there but they're in school,ain't no break comin up yet,but maybe I can visit just for the fun of it though,hmm. I walk into the store and get some candy and water,I pull out my phone and decide to text Damon.

Me: I'm coming to visit y'all

Damon 💯: Really?!

Me: Yea,I'll be there tomorrow

Damon 💯: I'll tell Brittany

Me: Aight,we can talk too

Damon 💯: Thanks

Me: Np,I'll let you know when I get there

I walk back to the house and go into the bedroom,I lay next to Ci and she smiles at me.

"You wanna go to NOLA?" I ask

"For what?" She asks

"Visit Damon and Brittany" I say

"Ok,when?" She asks

"Tomorrow" I say
