A few weeks had gone by and Letty was ok in school again she kept her distance from Jamie and soon he just left her alone. Dom would take her to school and the team would all go to pick her up and today was no different, at least that's what they all thought!
Letty sat in her English class with Miss Hutchinson, her phone vibrated in her top pocket she slyly got it out and looked at it under the table. What Letty read sent worry through her body, she picked up her things and ran out of the class. She ran down to Mr McGinnis's office and straight through the door,
"SIR!" she said tears in her eyes,
"Letty, what ever is the matter!" he asked,
"its Dom, he has been in an accident and is been taken to hospital," the head didn't have to hear any more, he grabbed his coat and they walked out,
"lets go!" he said, they walked to reception, "sign Leticia Ortiz out please, place it as an appointment!" he said and they walked out, they got in Mr McGinnis's car, they drove off and Letty's phone rang, (Letty-L Brian-B)
L- Brian is he ok?
B- I think so, where are you?
L- Mr McGinnis is bringing me to the hospital
B- great, we are on the fourth floor I will wait for you at the elevator
L- ok, thanks Brian
B- no bother just get here
L- ok
With that Letty hung up the phone and watched the sights in front of her, they arrived at the hospital,
"thank you so much Sir, means a lot!" Letty said,
"no problem you can have the rest of the week off ok, see you on Monday!" he said, Letty smiled and ran into the hospital, she went to the elevator and stood for about ten seconds, which felt like forever waiting so she ran up the stairs and finally got to the fourth floor, she had tear stains on her face and shirt, her eyes were red and swollen and she didn't really care she just needed to see Dom,
"Brian!" she shouted, and he looked at her in surprise of her appearance and they ran into the room Dom was in, Letty got the shock of her life,
"oh my god," she said looking at an unconscious Dom, with a bruised arm and a cut leg,
"what the hell happened?" she asked,
"I don't know, I wasn't there!" Brian said, Letty sat next to the bed and placed Dom's hand in hers,
"come on Dom, I need you!" she said crying, "we gotta do it together right?" she said and a nurse walked in,
"Mr O'Connor?" she said,
"yes and this is Miss Ortiz!" he said back,
"we have results back on Mr Toretto, He is going to be absolutely fine. He will wake up hopefully in the next hour for a few more tests and he will have to stay over night, we aren't sure if he could go home tomorrow yet but we will tell you as soon as we know!" the nurse said,
"thank you!" Brian said smiling, Letty was emotionless she stood with no emotion on her face just staring into thin air,
"Letty, are you ok?" Brain asked waving his hand in front of her face,
"what? Yeah I'm fine!" she said sitting back down next to Dom, she sat for around about half an hour and she finally felt Dom move indicating he was ok. She sat holding his hand and he squeezed her hand and then his eyes fluttered open,
"Dom?" she said,
"hey beautiful girl!" he said and she launched forward and pulled him into a hug,
