Competition pt.2

Sadie's POV
We settled on the hill.they were again fighting and wrestling to sit beside me,but then they settled in a order again...like the sane one from when we were walking.Then Luke left towards the cotton candy cart and got 2 cotton candies and ran towards me and gave one to me,"Thank you so much" I said smiling,all the others smirked and ran towards the carts like ravaged animals...But then I noticed Spencer walking towards the meadow and I wondered what he was doing but I let him be because I don't know what he was thinking about or doing.

Narrator
The boys all pushed and shoved to get Sadie something to steal her heart...But Spencer wandered into the fields,he had a smirk on his face too like all the other boys did when Luke brought Sadie cotton candy.Maybe he was giving her something?

Spencer's POV
I wandered into the meadow because I saw an aqua-coloured flower that immediately caught my attention from faraway because it stood out of the yellow dandelions. I know you probably thought I was a weirdo but it reminded me of when I first met Sadie with her aqua-coloured skirt that went down to her ankles.So I picked the flour from it's roots out of the manicured-pitch green grass.I ran back to Sadie,and all the boys were already done before me and they were shoving things in her face but I just walked into the crowd anyway because I knew she would like mine better.

Sadie's POV
All the boys came raging over me shoving soda,popcorn,cotton candy and taffy in my face.I had to eat it and say "Aw thanks" with a smile on my face each time they gave me something.But then... I saw that Spencer had an Aqua-coloured flower in his hand ready to hand it to me which made my heart melt away.Spencer walked up to me and said "Here you go" with a smile on his face and I stood up and said "I absolutely love it" with a huge smile plastered on my face.I had a sudden urge to hug him because I was so happy!

Spencer POV
She embraced me in a loving hug that made me feel...special.I felt death stares but I didn't want to look at them because it would make me feel awkward.

Narrator
Sadie fell asleep on the hill but The rest of the boys left because they wanted a cushioned bed instead of dirt...but then Sadie noticed something.

Sadie's POV
I don't know what happened,I just fell asleep staring at all the stars I guess.I heard all the boys leave and I heard words like "Who would want to sleep on dirt" and "I want my spring bed instead".How dare they I thought,Just leaving a girl by herself on hill like what if I got kidnapped or something.I then fluttered my eyes open and I looked to me right and I saw...Spencer,He was the only guy that stayed with me which made me feel really bright inside

Narrator
He then awoke and they both stared into each other's eyes for the rest of the night.What a day Sadie thought...

Sorry for the short chapter, I promise I will upload at least 2 or 3 chapters tomorrow to finish this book! I have so many ideas.
