The New Boy

Narrator
It was a sunny school day and Sadie was insanely happy because of what Spencer gave her.She couldn't stop thinking about it all day and she wore it 24/7.Sadie did her morning routine in like 12 minutes witch made her family wonder what was going on."Why are you so happy?" Mary asked while raising an eyebrow,"I don't know and be the way I like your outfit" Sadie said and skipped outside and off to school she went.

AT SCHOOL

Sadie's POV
The air was fresh and breezy while my hair was gently breezing in the wind...Then I saw...A NEW BOY! Nobody really noticed except me and the newspaper guy.I recognized he was a new boy because he had a fake smile because he probably wanted to be seen as a friendly person,meanwhile deep down inside his stomach feels like leaping out. I want to be friends with this guy because he looked like one of those people you can pour all your emotions out to.

Narrator
Sadie approached the "new boy" and started a conversation with him..."Hey" Sadie said on a greeting tone while smiling at him,"He-l-lo" The boy stuttered with nervousness,"Well I was wondering if you'd like to be my friend?" Sadie asked while swiping her foot back and forth on the ground while she smiled.The boy her age immediately started to grin and then he said "Sure,My name is James".James immediately felt a connection as soon as Sadie introduced her self and left,but Sadie felt the same way except she liked him a bit more as a friend.

James's POV
Sadie was beautiful and I felt a connection with her,but I kinda like her more as a friend.

Sadie's POV
I'm so happy that I just met a sentimental friend even though I barely know him.

Narrator
When school was over James met up with Sadie just when Sadie was about to hop on her bike and peddle away,Then James said "So umm...I was wondering if you'd like to meet me at 7:30 in the park for a picnic so we can get to know each other" then he blushed with embarrassment,"Sure" Sadie replied with a smile and left to go home.

Sadie's POV
I was even more happy finding out that I was going to a picnic because I can see the sunset while I eat whatever he's bringing.

Sadie's POV
I had to make Kevin a sandwich before I left because my Mom and Dad went to see their newly born niece's because they were twins.Anyways,I said "BYE,MARY TAKE CARE OF KEVIN!" Then I made my way to the park on foot because it was only a 1 minute walk.

Narrator
Sadie found James and immediately ran to the hill he was sitting on."Wow,This view is amazing!" Sadie said while staring at the black sky scattered with white and blue stars twinkling.

Sadie's POV
The hill looked very familiar then I remember it was the hill from when Spencer gave me that cursed flower (Aqua flower).We both both started to dig in on the sandwiches that he brought but then he asked me a question I didn't really want to answer."So why are you excited to be my friend,don't you have some already?" James asked while chewing on his sandwich which made it sound muffled. I took a deep breath and almost cried,"Well...Umm...so,my 'friends' spread a nasty rumour about me and I never wanted to speak about it to anyone or like anything basically" I said...but then I started to cry then James rubbed my back and gave me a hug while sitting down."It's ok,They're just jealous" he whispered and used his thumb gently to wipe the tear off my cheeks, which made me feel safe.

Narrator
Sadie and James spent until 8:30 gazing at the stars that carpeted the whole sky...

I suddenly feel guilty for making Sadie have feelings for someone else,but anyways the time skips are extremely huge😂
