how can i trust you?

Trust takes years to build, seconds to break and forever to rebuild... It can be hard to trust someone, and when they break it you never want to trust again. You just think it will happen again. I'm not saying don't trust people but get to know them better before you do, don't just trust everyone... Cause you may just get stabbed in the back. Someone saying they trust you is better than saying 'I love you' because you don't always trust the person you love, but you always love the person you trust. If someone breaks your trust its okay to be upset, but don't wallow in self pity... All it does is make you feel worse, it won't help. Don't trust them again unless they truly do change, but that doesn't happen often. Don't go crawling back to them like a lost puppy because they did the thing wrong not you, the only thing that will happen is make you feel worse. If it happens find comfort in friends and family that you can trust because they will always be there for you.
