Chapter 3: The Boyfriend...

I stood there frozen and seeing red. My jaw tighten and my fists clenched. A part of my brain wanted to rip apart the f'er that was kissing my Lola, especially his lips...my lips should be the only ones kissing her. But, I knew I shouldn't since she isn't mine...YET!

He finally pulled away from her smiling and swaying to the music with her in his arms. He began to rub her arms and back even squeezing her tight ass making her laugh and shake her head no. At least she didn't let him molest her on the dance floor. If he even attempted, boyfriend or not I will pounce on him!

I needed to know who this guy was. It was eating at me, plus I needed to size my competition...let's face it...there isn't much of a competition since it's me. But still, I needed to know how easily it would be to get rid of him and have Lola to myself.

Taking a step forward I felt someone tap my arm making me turn around.

"Hey Colin!" Gia, the girl who sat us at the VIP section earlier says with a smile.

"Gia, hey, what's up?" I say then glanced to where Lola and her f***boy were then looked back at Gia.

"Nothing much. Would you like to dance?" she asked smiling at me.

I was taken back, Gia is a very pretty girl, but not compared to Lola. I had a feeling she liked me, what girl didn't? 

"Aren't you on the clock?" I asked curiously.

"Not anymore, Lola and I clocked out a while ago. Why do you think we danced up on stage? She wouldn't have unless she was off the clock. Even though the managers encourage us to dance on the stage for fun...you know, be more seductive get more tips kind of thing!" she said shrugging her shoulders like it was nothing. I swear if Lola was mine I would have her quit this job! I wouldn't want perverted, drunk ass men looking or touching her. I would end up in jail punching every guy who tried.

Then it hit me. "Yeah sure, why not!" I say grabbing her hand and walking a bit closer to Lola and the guy she was with. If Gia and Lola are friends, then I can get info from her.

Gia nudged Lola and her "boyfriend" then smiled at them which they returned. Lola looked up at me surprised then at Gia. Her face looked confused. Wonder what she was thinking in that pretty little head of hers.

"Hey Lola!" I say a bit loud snapping her out of her thoughts. She looked up at me then gave me a small smile.

"Hi Colin." then went to Gia and whispered something in her ear making Gia nod her head. Pulling away she grabbed the guy's hand and pulled him away from the dance floor. What just happened?

"What's wrong with Lola?" I leaned down to ask Gia since she's shorter than me.

"She's fine, she and Hayden just went to get something to drink." she tells me. So his name is Hayden?

"Is..Hayden...her boyfriend?" just saying his name left a bitter taste in my mouth.

"Yes...they've been together for almost a year. He's a great guy! They really like each other." Gia says while swaying her hips.

A year...that isn't long. I still can get her to be mine.

We continued to dance until I saw Lola and Hayden standing on the other side. I think it was time to introduce myself to Lola's soon to be ex!

"Hey Gia. You want to go sit and get something to drink?" I ask nonchalantly. She is my way to get to get to know Lola better.

"Sure...I could use a drink." she says grabbing my hand and leading me to the bar where Lola was.

Reaching her, Lola looked at us and frowned then looked at her boy. He must of noticed her expression cause he looked at Gia and me then back at her with a smile. What the f*** was that about?

"Hey Lola...Hayden!" Gia says cheerfully standing in front of the bar then calling the bartender over.

"Hey Gia!" they say in unison but Lola just glanced at me making me frown. Why does she keep looking at me like that?

I cleared my throat and spoke "So Lola, are you going to introduce me to you friend?" cocking my brow.

She tilted her head taken back. "Umm...!" she hums looking at him then me. 

Sticking my hand out towards him I say with a smirk "Hello, I'm Colin Kaepernick...you are?"

He looked at my hand then back at me sticking his hand out also "Nice to meet you. I'm Hayden Roberts...Lola's boyfriend."

At the mention I squeezed his hand a bit tighter then let it go. "I see, nice to meet you."

"I had Colin and his friends' VIP section earlier." Lola says next to him putting her hand on his chest. Was she making that gesture to reassure him I'm NOT a threat? Cause if she is, she is sadly mistaken.

"I see." putting his arm around her waist possessively. Pft...that ain't going to help f***boy!

"Yeah...oh by the way, I think this belongs to you." I say pulling out my wallet and pulling out two one hundred dollar bills. Folding them in my hand I held then in between my thumb and pointer finger. Lowering my hand I placed the money on her blouse pocket making sure my finger grazes the top of her left breast. I know she felt it cause her eyes went wide and I could tell her skin flushed. I wanted to see how she would react to my subtle touch...her boyfriend must of not noticed.

She cleared her throat and pulled out the money "This is too much Mr. Kaepernick..." she began to argue but I cut her off.

"I doubt that...you earned it!" I say winking at her. That he saw cause he stood up straighter and glared at me. Lola put her hand on his chest again I guess to calm him down. I wanted to see how protective he would be of Lola and I guess the f'er was.

"Thank you...I appreciate it" she says with a small smile putting the money back in her pocket. 

"No problem sweetheart. There will be more when we come back another night."

"What if you have another waitress?" she asked making me chuckle.

"I'll make sure I request you!" I say winking back at her. I know that pissed off her boyfriend.

"Lola, let's go. I need some air." Hayden tells her snatching her hand and pulling her away from where we stood.

"Oh...ok. Bye Mr. Kaepernick!" she said hurriedly since he pulled her fast. 

I watched them leave, Lola trailing behind him and of course other men staring at her. It pissed me off but I had to grin to myself. Meeting and pissing off the boyfriend...check!

"Where's Lola and Hayden?" I hear Gia ask in front of me holding two drinks in her hand.

I took one from her hand and put my arm around her shoulder. "They went to get some air...so Gia?! What are you doing tomorrow?" I say leading her up to my VIP section. 

Lola might have a boyfriend, but Gia is my way of getting close to her. Even if I have to pretend to be interested and take her out on a few dates, it will be worth it at the end. All I have to do is convince Gia to invite Lola and her punk ass boyfriend out on a few double dates and I'm good as in her life. 

"I hope you spend enough time with Lola Hayden, cause she will be mine soon...and you will NOT even know how it happened!" I think to myself.

Hello, my readers/ I hope you liked the chapter. 

So, Colin meets Lola's boyfriend who is in the picture above...isn't he gorgeous!? What do you think of Colin's behavior? Is he taking it too far? I mean he just met her and he wants her...desperately. Is it just lust for him cause she isn't interested? How about his idea on using Gia to get close to Lola? What a jerk, right?
