Chapter 1- Cameron
(I'd Like to point out that i don't own these characters, the only one i own is Natalie.)
I walked into my first period classroom. I was late as usual. I walked over to one of the tables in the room, where he found my best friends. Damian, Hannah, Marissa, Samuel, Lindsay, Mckinleigh, Bryce and Natalie. They had been my best friends for years, well except Natalie. She had just moved in a few weeks ago but it seems like she's been a part of our group forever. She was really tall for a girl, I knew since Natalie moved to Lima that Damian had had a crush on her. Then I looked at the clock and hid my late pass in my notebook "Cam you're so late!" Marissa whispered to me while Ms.Holiday wrote our next assignment's description on the board. "I know, slept in. Was up writing all night!" I told her explaining why I was so late. Ms.Holiday didn't seem to notice though. Then our teacher started explaining our assignment and everyone's attention went to her. "So, today Mickinley high, I have a very cool assignment for you all that I'm sure you'll love! I'm going to give each of your tables a piece of paper. And on that piece of paper you're going to write something that a group has do. Something that would make a cool personal story that you're all going to write after you do your task. To get what your group has to do, you pick one of the papers out of a hat. So talk amongst your group and get writing!" My friends all suddenly looked at me. They all knew I loved to write and I always had the most creative ideas. "How about we write on it they have to spend a week volunteering at a nursing home for the elderly and hope Emily, Matheus, Ellis, Alex's table gets it?" They all smiled an evil smile at me and Lindsay took a pen and wrote it down on the paper. Emily, Matheus, Ellis and Alex are the stuck up jerks of Mickinley High. Then Ms.Holiday came around and collected everyone's paper into the hat as we all snickered. First up was Quinn, Rachel, Sam, Finn, and Artie's table. Rachel walked up, her frilly navy skirt hopping with her walk. She picked out a paper that said 'Dress like Rachel Berry for a day' she looked up embarrassed. "Okay, who put this one in? Come'on, cough it up!" She demanded as the rest of her group looked each other devastated. "Rachel, why don't we go sit down." Ms.Holiday said leading her to her seat. I have to admit, Rachel is very intimidating.. and kind of scary. Next up was my big sister Brittany and her best friend Santanas group, they got the card 'be blind for a day using blindfolds' Brittany looked confused but accepted her card and sat down. Then Emily went up to get hers. Yes! She picked our card! Emily looked disgusted reading her card aloud. Damian let out a laugh, uncontrollably. Then Damian walked up, wearing his gray hoodie and green converse and took the last card. He read it aloud and it said 'Sleep over at the Degreist hill's old abandoned mansion' Damian smiled. He obviously liked our challenge. When he sat back down he smirked "This is gonna be awesome you guys!!" He said. Hannah looked at him terrified. "Damian! Degreist hill mansion is known for being haunted! I don't want to do this. You guys know I hate scary stuff!" "I agree with Hannah" said Marissa. "I say no go. We talk to Ms.Holiday and tell her we don't feel comfortable with it." "Come on you guys! It'll be fun, I'm sure its not really haunted. Who's coming with me then?" Samuel asked proudly. "I want to! No way I'm not going, let Hannah and Marissa be fraidy cats if they want to. How bout you guys?" Answered Damian. "Definetly!" Answered Natalie and Lindsay at the same time. They laughed together. "I'll ask my mom I guess, but it'd be cool." Mckinleigh said. "I'm in!" Said Bryce. "I'll go, sounds exciting!" I told them all pushing up my glasses. "Come on Marissa and Hannah! It won't be the same without you two! Please?" Asked Damian, smiling his charming smile. When Marissa immediately answered no Damian did his little puppy dog face that girls couldn't resist. Damian was a charmer. "Well, I guess Ill go then.." Marissa said reconsidering. Damian smirked, pleased with himself. Then when Marissa decided to go, Hannah decided she didn't want to get left out so she was In too! "Okay, tonight meet me at the end of the road just in case they'res cops.. Marissa, get some food from your parent's restaurant. Cameron bring some blankets and pillows if you can. And well, bring anything ya'll need!" Damian told everyone. This should be an interesting night! Just, what am I going to tell my parents and Brittany..
