dad ended up just wanting to give us the rest of our luggage. the familiar voice telling me lunch was ready was still undefined.

"Naomi." My sister said as she knocked on the door. "Naomi, lunch is ready!"

I put all my stuff down to finish packing later.  Food was more important. Ryan was stuffing his face with sandwiches when i walked downstairs to the dinning room. For a skinny kid he sure did eat alot but he was very athletic , and very tall. He was the spitting image of my dad  with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

"Benny just left." Ryan said spitting out practically all of his food.

"Oh jeez chew your food Ryan!" i yelled back at him.the disguisting troll of a brother smiled with his food sticking out of his teeth.

The door bell rang. Ryan threw a celery stick at me, i grabbed it back throwing it at him

"Children" Katie groaned. "Must be Russel!" Katie squealed jumping up to get the door. Russel? I mouthed at ryan he shrugged.

Ryan threw another celery stick at me i smacked it. soon realizing my mistake. it flew past me spiraling towards dad hitting his newspaper. rule number five Never interupt dad's reading.

"Stop throwing things at the dinner table!" he burst his face red "who threw that?"

      "Naomi Ryan pointed at me."

    Dads stare turned towards me.

"Naomi someone is at the door for you." saved by the bell applied here literally this time . i ran towards the door.  seeing a boy stand there. my heart stopped.

i walked up to the door almost freezing in place. he was the cutest boy i'd ever seen.

"Naomi!" he smiled looking at me. he wore a baggy t-shirt and an old pair of swim shorts he was tall maybe six feet tall. he had tan skin maybe native american? and the brightest blue eyes i'd ever seen. his dark brown or black hair slicked to a poit on his head.

uhh.." i studderd ot sure what to say. not even sure i could speak english.

his smile faced. "Naomi?" he asked.

     "I-hi yes?"  i smiled dumb-founded

"You don't rember me?" i felt so bad out of all the people i forgot it would be the cutest tan kid i'd ever seen. wondering f he was hispanic or native american or what. not that that matterd at all but it was my dream to marry an italiain native american

I--I,don't, feel bad I forgot everyone i wouldn't even know who i was if it wasn't fo rmy family. he looked at me curiously. please don't think im crazy i pleaded in my head

"I lost my memory i mean amnesia and all." i was babbling.

   "The boat crash?" he asked.

   "What?"

"You had that boat crash, is that where you lost your memory?"

   "Yeah how did you know?"

he shrugged and held out his hand." im isaiah"

"Isaiah, how nice." how stupid i mutterd to myself

"Naomi means beautiful." that sounded familar to me someone had definitely said that to me before.

"Really?" i asked "I didn't know that." he looked at me curiously.  his wonderful smile gone

Do you rember your way the lake?

   No.

he smiled slightly again ill show you around later if you want me too.

    "Thank you, tha'd be awesome."

" I'll meet you by the two trees on your beach k?"

"Okay!" my excitment not hidden maybe he wasn't mad that i'd forgot him after all

   "Later" he murmered

"Soon." i laughed. a slight smile edged on his face. as i closed the door.

    "Katie!" i yelled running back.

he sat by my house next to the trees his feet buried in the sand.

he didn't notice as i was walking up. decideing to say something to not scare him

hi-. my foot slipped suddentlly throwing my to the ground

isiah turned his head and laguhed hard at me. oh that's my naomi..

i was His naomi? my heart flutterd. wasn't i just an absolute dork???
