Chapter 7- Jake
Victoria was just on her way downstairs, after putting finishing touches on her face, when Alex caught Victoria off guard.
“Uh…. Alex, what do you want from me now? You’re even supposed to be up here.”
“Nothing, just admiring how beautiful you look.”
“Ugh, Alex can you just go back to the party?”
“Whatever you say babe!”
“Don’t call me babe!!” Victoria yelled as Alex went down the stairs.
“Whatever.” Alex replied while flicking his hand.
“Ugh, I am so tired of him.” Victoria yelled at him.
“Um… Hey are you okay?” a mysterious person asked from the dark corner. Victoria turned around quickly as possible to see who it is.
“Um…. Hi person in the dark, if I may ask, who is this?”
“Hi, I’m Jake, I believe that I didn’t introduce myself to you the last time I saw you.” He said coming the dark corner.
“When was the last time you saw me?”
“At the mall, I accidently spilled your drink on your shirt.”
“Oh… so your that guy? You don’t look like it, but now that I am thinking about it, you look like him.”
“I am him.”
“Yeah, now I can see that.” They both laughed.
“Oh… and another thing Happy Birthday, you look very beautiful today.” Victoria thought about what he said, and replied: “Thanks, and you look nice tonight as well.”
“No problem, so I heard about you and Alex.”
“No, it’s not what you think, we are not together, heck no, not in a million years, he is so annoying you would even believe.”
