I'm sorry it's so bad...I can't draw animals to save my life.
I took a bit of creative license with the coloring and overall shape. The description of Phantom was a blue and black hippogriff...so he became half blue-horse, half blue-and-black-bird-thing.
I also apologize for the big black box underneath him...I spelled Phantom wrong...erps...
