He was still slightly sobbing after an hour or two. The moonlight shone down onto us, his pale face lighting with colour. It was dark. I felt like I was being watched by the pairs of glimmering eyes in the shadows. I turned to see a creature that was about my height. It was big and bulky and it had huge fangs that seemed to glow. His silver eyes lit up in the moonlight as it crawled out of the shadows. It growled then said "You'll never escape", turned around and howled then wandered slowly into the forest. It limped on its left leg. I was shivering. Everything was happening all at once. You'll never escape? What could that possibly mean? I turned back around and Daniel was gone. I felt myself start to panick as the other monsters crawled closer to me. I couldn't find him anywhere. I was petrified in my spot. I couldn't move, I couldn't talk. And then I saw it. A worm hole in the depths of the trees. The moon began to fade as the sun began to rise. The portal was closing. I ran to it as fast as I could but it shut as I reached it. That was most likely the last time I would ever see him. I collapsed on the ground in a storm of sobs. My tears fell one after the other until I was too tired to keep my eyes open. I fell asleep and had the worst nightmare I ever had.

There was the creature. It was a wolf, maybe a bear with wolf like features. I was for some reason following him. He led me into the woods, blood on his claws and fangs. The trees were smothered in the dark, red liquid. He turned to make sure I was still there. He led me to a body hanging on the tree. It was Daniel, ripped to skin and bones. Then the monster turned to me and bit into my neck.
