Unexpectedly

Idk how this will turn out cause I'm writing from my phone ><

Chapter 1

I woke up to soft music playing from my phone and took out my earplugs.

"Well here we are." My dad says. Outside was a huge house, slightly bigger than the farm house we lived in for over 10 years that was basically located in the middle of no where. My dad got some promotion and we moved out here, to LA. It was defiantly more busy here and I was not used to the house. It was so luxurious, I was used to cozy places with old vintage furniture. The kitchen floor was so white and clean I was afraid to even step on it and leave the smallest piece of dirt.

Up in my bedroom it was really nice though. Spacious with a large circle bed, walk in closet, tv on the wall, mini fridge, etc. The wall across from the door had a wide window that looked down slightly into the busy streets and shops. It was really nice and I knew I was gonna get settled in. I was bitter at first with my parents for moving and leaving my friends. And by friends I mean my horse I've nurtured as long as I can remember. It was quite lonely back there and it didn't help that I was homeschooled so I guess this can't be a bad change. Next week ill be starting at a high school as a junior. I'm quite nervous, I've never even set foot into a school before and I most defiantly don't interact with people a lot unless you count the one person I ever talk to. My brother who is only a minute older than me but acts as if he's king.

"YO CAIT GET DOWN HERE WE'RE EATING AT CHIPOTLE TONIGHT." And that my friends is my twin, Mike. He's well we do get along very well and he's quite protective over me. Basically my other half and I'd honestly be lost without him.

After a spicy dinner we headed home where I unpacked everything and took a quick shower before settling into bed. The whole night was full of tossing and turning. I wasn't used to the constant sound outside my window. I was getting frustrated so I kicked off my covers and tip-toed towards Mike's room.

"Psst Mike you up?" I whispered poking at his cheek. He swatted at my hand and looked up at me.

"What are you still doing up? Something wrong?" He asked looking slightly annoyed I woke him up from his 'beauty sleep'.

"I couldn't sleep with all the noise so could I crash with you?" I muttered. Mike just sighed and beckoned me to come onto his bed. I climbed under the covers and hugged him like he was my own personal teddy bear until I fell into a deep sleep.
