I laid in a field filled with vast amounts of scarlet red roses, sprawled against the ground. I gaped at the sinister red moon above me and analyzed it in amazement before standing up.
'Where am I?' I thought to myself as I collapsed suddenly.

Brandon woke up in his queen sized bed wrapped up in his warm,soft blanket, that was a light shade of blue, letting out a sigh.
"What the hell was that?"
He thought aloud while stretching his slim yet slightly built frame. He had no idea on how his mind came up of something so absurd. It perplexed him. Yet somehow, the dream gave him a warm feeling that made him feel nice, loved even. It was a weird feeling and he enjoyed it in a way.
He slowly crawled off his bed standing in front of the foggy mirror. Must be the humidity.
He sighed noticing the scar across his chest. It was received to him at a very young age. He was only 6 years old at the time.
It was from a crazed serial killer who murdered his parents while they were saving him.
He could remember it so clearly...
"Run Brandon run !!" His mother cried out as his father tried to fight back the scary man who snuck into his room slashing his skin.
He only stood frozen in place watching his father struggling to earn the upper hand ignoring his mother's pleas to run. He didn't know what to do.
"Run my boy listen to your mother before it is too late!" His father grunted out before collapsing.
The young boy's world faded seeing his father go down so easily he did the only thing he could do and scurried out of his house, leaving his family to die...
He ran for miles till his tiny legs couldn't take it any longer and he passed out in front of a house.
A man in his early twenties walked out hearing a thump outside his house only to find a little human boy bleeding while passed out on his porch. He was astonished and took the boy in lifting him in his arms.
