Butters x Reader

Today was your first day of school since you moved here that summer and you were a little nervous. You decided to walk to school so you could keep calm and think about other things. Suddenly you saw a blonde boy rush past you with tears dropping behind him from crying so much. He was being chased by another boy who knocked you down as he ran past. He looked very heavy and was a slow runner. A decision popped into your head as you sprang to your feet and started running towards them.

----------- outside of school -----------
The building was still closed because it was still a half an hour before school was in session. You saw the fat kid walking to the side of the building and the blonde laying on the ground.

"Hey are you ok?" Looking at him you knew the answer. He had a black eye and a bloody nose.

"I'm gonna get grounded for this." He said ignoring you.

"Why would you get grounded?" You sat down next to him.

"Well lady, I'm not allowed to get beat up or my parents get angry and I get grounded." He sat up wrapping one arm around his stomach.

"Anyways I'm Leopold Stotch, you can call me Butters though. May I ask what your name is?" You nodded your head.

"(Y/N)." A smile on to your face as you looked at the boy in front of you who was now smiling.

He had big blue eyes and his hair was kind of messy. It was a bright blonde color and it fell over his forehead. He wore a light blue jacket and jeans. You stood up and held your hand out to Butters. He grabbed your hand and you helped him up.

"Who's that fat kid that hurt you by the way?" You looked over at the kid by the school.

"Uh well that's Eric Cartman. He always pushes me around and gets me in trouble." He kicked a rock at the school wall and it fell before it touched it.

He's defenseless and can't protect himself. Maybe you should stay around him so he doesn't get too hurt.

"Hey Butters, do you wanna be my friend." You turned around and smiled at him.

"Oh boy! You really mean it?" He smiled and you nodded your head. He hugged you when a bus pulled up in front of the school. All the kids got off and 3 kids walked over to you and Butters.

"Butters who is this girl?" Two of the boys said in sync and then looked at each other smiling.

"Uh hi guys this is my new friend (Y/N). She was worried about me after Eric beat me up again." He was smiling even though he had eyes of hurt.

"What's going on with Eric anyways he said his mom got a trainer or something for him and he's not happy about it. But that doesnt give him a reason to pick on you." The boy in orange explained after pulling down his hood. The other boys shrugged.

"Well I've decided to stay by Butters side in order to keep him safe, so if your his friends I'll be hanging out with you guys more." The boys smiled and thanked you except the one in orange, he pulled his hood on and crossed his arms.

"Oh uh, what's wrong Ken?" Butters asked the boy in orange. All you could hear was muffled words which you couldn't understand. Butters looked surprised and whispered something to Kenny which made him frown.

~ Butters' POV ~
I was instructed to wipe the blood off my face so I walked to the bathroom. I wet paper towels and wiped away the dry blood. While i was wiping away blood I looked at my face in the mirror, seeing the bruises and blood made me fear if it could get worse.

"Why do I have to be so weak." I frowed at my image in the mirror and put my hand in my pocket.

I had the note for (Y/N) in there and I was thinking about giving it to her soon. I reread the note and then signed it "your secret admirer" like they did in the movies. I walked to her locker and slid it through the vent like slots. Then I started walking back to class. Once again we learned nothing and class went by fast. I couldn't stop starring at (Y/N)s' (E/C) eyes and her perfect (H/C) hair. Class was over and we left the class to go home.

~ Your POV ~
Butters was starring at you all day. Could he like you? Or was he just so innocent that he looked up to you as an idol? You walked over to your locker and opened it. As it was opened a letter floated down to your feet. You picked it up and it read:

"Dear (Y/N),
You are so beautiful and all I want to do is be able to tell you my feeling. Whenever I'm near you I get so nervous and I can't speak. You seem to notice me unlike most students and it makes my heart beat fast. I think this is called love. I think I love you (Y/N).
Love,
Your secret admirer"

You blushed and folded the note putting it into your bag. As you were walking home with Butters you thought of the note again. You took a hold of his hand and interlocked your fingers.

"I think I love you too Butters."
