Chapter One

Remy Pov

I'm laying in my queen size bed snuggled in my covers when suddenly my bedroom door is slammed open. I am jumped on by my brother Jase. I let out a groan.

Remy: Get off me Jase or I swear i'm going to hurt you.

Jase just laughs. " Come on Rem get up. Its time for training. Remember what happened last time you were late."

I groaned remembering that my father made me run the territory carrying weights. I had to do twenty five laps. I push Jase off me and sit up.

Remy: "Get out so I can change."

Jase laughs and gets up. " I'll be right out side your door Rem."

I  get up and wave him off. I walk into the bathroom where I brush my brush my teeth then my hair. I put it up in a pony tail . I then changed into some shorts and a sports bra. I went out to my bedroom putting on socks and shoes. I was as ready for training as I was going to be. I walk out my bedroom door and true to his word Jase was leaning against the wall next to my door waiting on me. We walk downstairs and through the house. We walk outside to the training area where we see our pack members standing. Our father seeing us yelled for everyone to get in to their groups. 

After training for two hours we are all dismissed for the day. I go to my room stripping off my sweaty clothes once I am in my bathroom. I get the shower adjusted and step in. I relish the feel of the hot water on my achy muscles. After a few minutes I was my body and my hair then get out of the shower. I dry off then wrap a towel around myself and walk into my bedroom. I jump seeing my mom sitting on my bed waiting for me.


Remy:  " Gee mom give me a heart attach why don't you. What do you need?"

Ivy (mom) laughs. " Dramatic Rem? I came up to remind about the gathering tonight. You need to look your best.  Other packs are coming and maybe my little girl will find her mate."


Remy looks at her mom. " I remembered mom. I have an outfit planned out. I'm a little nervous meeting my mate."

Ivy smiles lovingly at her daughter. " I understand. I was nervous when I met your father. But it will work out Remy. I'll leave you to get dressed." 

Ivy gets up kissing her daughter on the forehead then walking out of her room.  Remy gets a pink bra and lace panty set then walks into her closet getting some boot cut jeans with a cute pink top and brown boots. She walks out of the closet dressed and her hair pulled back in a pony tail. She made her way downstairs to help with getting things ready for the gathering tonight. Just because she was the Alpha's daughter didn't mean she was of the the spoiled pampered girls who thought she got special privileges. Remy liked to help out especially with baking. She enjoyed it loved working at the little bakery in town.
