THIRTY-ONE

MONICA'S P.O.V.

I woke up with a blinding migraine still wrapped in Louis arms when all of the memories from last night came rushing back. I broke into quiet sobs slowly getting out of bed careful not to wake up Louis and went into the bathroom shutting and locking the door. As I stood in front of the mirror looking at my reflection I realized I was staring into the same broken eyes of the girl I used to be and I could no longer fright the urge to pick up the razor that was sitting on the counter. I was about to run the blade across my arm when I heard the beautiful voice of my fiancé.

"Monica love its not worth it." He said

"But it hurts so much Louis." I replied

He came over and took the razor out of my hand and threw it in the toilet and flushed it down wrapping his arms around my waist singing one of their new songs softly in my ear as more tears continued to flow because I knew he had wrote the song about me and how much he loves me. I turned around and faced him giving him a kiss full of passion and want he smiled and kissed back with just as much force but the moment didn't last long for we have lovely eavesdroppers in the house that don't know how to be quiet as me and Louis both a quiet Awe chorus through our room. We pulled away gazing into each others eyes not caring about the other people in the room because it felt like we were the only ones there.

"I hate to break up this incredibly cute moment but you have a daughter that really wants to see her mommy." Niall said laughing awkwardly

Louis and I smiled wider laughing as we held hands and walked out of the bathroom and back into our room where a very awake and upset Skylynn was trying to get out of Harry's arms. I picked up my beautiful baby girl watching her eyes light up when she realized I was the one holding her. This is all I ever could've asked for I'm marrying the love of my life and I have a beautiful daughter. As I bounced Skylynn around on my hip she finally went back to sleep so I handed her back to Harry and he put her in her crib.

"Once again I hate to ruin your beautiful moment but Liam wants to talk to you." Niall said nervously

"I have nothing to say to him." I replied trying to keep calm

"Oh come on Monica I didn't mean what I said last night." Liam said through the closed door

"Niall I love you and for your own sake I suggest you start walking out that door and take Skylynn with you." I said as my anger began to get the best of me

"But-" Niall started

"No buts just go and save yourself." I said

Niall looked at Louis and Louis nodded in confirmation. Niall walked over grabbed Skylynn and walked out the door. Liam took this as his chance to come in.

"I don't recall telling you to come in our room." I said through clenched teeth

"Monica please just listen to me." Liam begged

"No Liam out of all the people I'm close to I never thought you would be the one to hurt me"

"But Monica"

"Liam don't I'm done talking about this and I'm done talking to you"

"No you need to shut the fuck up and listen to what the fuck I have to say"

"I don't give a flying fuck about what you have to say I'm done talking about it now get the fuck out of my room"

"No I'm staying right here until you listen to me"

"Liam I don't think you want to do that" Louis warned

"I SAID GET OUT" I yelled before I knew what was happening I wrapped my hand around his neck and threw him against the wall and didn't let go until I heard Louis' voice

"MONICA STOP" Louis Screamed

I let go of him watching him slide unconsciously down the wall as I took one last look at him before I black out myself.
