"Adriana! We're going to be late for our flight!"

"OKAY, MOM. I'M COMING. JEEZ!"

I quickly gave one last look to my bedroom that I have had since I was born. So many memories just flooded right into me, so I gave way and let my eyes pour. Knowing that crying isn't really the best option, so I stopped crying and trudged my way down the stairs, with a very heavy suitcase. I am really going to miss this place, just as much as I will miss my best friend, Zayn. Oh, man. I forgot to tell him that we were leaving today... Uh-oh. Oh, well. He will know sooner or later.

"Adriana Mae Greene! Hurry up! We're getting in the car RIGHT NOW!"

"MOM! OKAY! CALM YOURSELF!"

I half-ran towards the door, stumbling each time I took a step because of my big-ass suitcase. By the time I got to the door, I was out of breath, but since I knew we were already quite late, I rushed out of the door and made my way to the car. After putting my suitcase in the boot, I slumped onto the back seat, pulling out my plane ticket.

"FROM: CANADA, TO: LONDON"

London seems like such a long way away. URGH, I hate long airplane journeys. They make me feel sick. But, then again, I have to go. There is no choice. University is not an option, but a MUST in life. I did ask my parents if I could go to a Canadian univeristy, but NOOOO they just had to sign up for the "University of London", didn't they? Even that sounds posh. God, how am I ever going to get used to London?

"Welcome to London."

Finally. Finally, I was at my destination. After going through billions of hours on the plane, I was finally in London, the place I have to call my home for the next two or three years. Man, those years seem long, but hopefully they'll go as quickly as possible.  As I stepped out of the plane, I felt a cold breeze coming straight into my direction. Okay, so, London is going to be cold now? URGH. I hate being cold. Partly, because there is NEVER any cold breezes in Canada. How am I ever going to get used to this?

Waiting at the airport seemed to take forever, until we finally got given our luggage. We exited straight out of the airport and called for a taxi. OMG. You have got to be kidding me. The taxis were black, not yellow. I know I had read this somewhere, but I never knew they were shaped like this and........ This is all too much. I actually want to go back to Canada and create a normal life. Why do the most unlucky and the annoying things happen to me?! It's just not fair!
