Chapter 12

Mia's POV

~

Where am I was all I thought. I looked around and guess where I was the place I started off my hospital bed.

"Ahh Mia I see that you have awaken since you barely got out of your coma your body wasn't functoining correctly which caused you to pass out" The male nurse said I feel as if I've seen him before. I looked at his name tag Adam. The name sounds so familiar you know when you see a face that you know but you don't know from where thats what im trying to see.

"Do I know you?" I asked he gave me a look like 'are you serious'.

"Mia how could you forget me!" Adam said sounding like he was hurt but it looked like he was kidding. And Adam? Adam? OH MY GOSH ADAMMM! I haven't seen him since 7th grade. He moved to London When we were in 7th grade. He was my best friend and pretty much my only friend back then.

~Flashback~ year 1998 (Mia and Adam were born in 1994 do the math)

"Addy!" I cried right now I was standing on the 'big kid slide' shaking over the fact of how tall the slide was.

"Mia i'm right here" Addy said twirling me to face him.

"But the slide is so scary!" I said pointing down at the black hole in front of me. I than ran to him and clung onto him in fear.

"I'll always be here to protect you Mia" Addy said hugging me giving me comfort in his embrace.

"promise?" I asked sticking my pinky out.

"Promise" He said as we locked pinky's I smiled at him and hugged him as tight as my little muscles could.

"Can you go down the slide with me" I asked looking up at him with puppy eyes he smiled and nodded. I sat down with Addy by my side since were so small.

We giggled all the way down with our little arms in the air.

~End of flashback~

"My first love" I muttered under my breath. I always liked Addy ever since I can remeber. I looked up at Adam he was smirking shoot did he hear that.

I ran up to him and hugged him.

"Why did you make me suffer in seventh grade?" I asked as tears ran down my cheeks I thought I would never see him again but here he is looking hotter than ever WAIT WHAT!! I have a boyfriend.

"I'm sorry but im here now" He said stroking my hair.

"so what are you doing here?" I asked looking up at him making me feel super short.

"Uhh well i'm here studying to be a doctor" he said smiling down at me.

"Living your childhood dream" I said he laughed and scratched the back of his neck.

"Now the question is what are you doing here" He asked my gaze went to the floor should I tell him? Of course you should tell him you idiot he's your best friend for crying out loud! My inner contious snapped back.

"Well me and my cousin Hailey Went on this London tour but we ditched it because we met One Direction Hailey became really close with Harry and now there a thing and not to long ago I got kidnapped and when Hailey was looking for me she got shot." I said Adam's mouth was gaped right open. I left out Niall for right now because right now wouldn't be the best time to tell him about Niall.

"No wonder In paper work we got a patient who got shot it said her first and last name but i shook it off thinking it was just someone who had the same name." Addy said still in shock.
