(Chloe's P.O.V)

"Alright, bye girls love you. Don't get preggo while you're there!" Mom warned as we walked to our car.

I opened Katie's door and walked to the driver side. Since the concert didn't start for about another 4 hours, We went to Red Robin and got food. Katie was oddly quiet the whole time and picking at her food.

After we payed we got in the car and she turned on You Are The <3 by BOTDF.

About 10 minutes later of Katie being silent I pulled over and turned the music down.

"Katie, what's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing's wrong, I'm fine." She replied looking at the trees.

"Cut the shit Katie, I know my sister, what's wrong?"

"Fine, when you were getting ready in the bathroom I glanced down at the counter and in the corner was the bastard blade. I can't explain how much I wanted to use it."

"Oh.." I trailed off trying to cover my wrist in noticeably, but she noticed.

"Chloe, why was the blade on the counter?Last time I saw it, it was in a drawer on my side of the room." She sceptically asked.

"Damnit." I muttered clenching the steering wheel.

In one motion Katie lifted up both my sleeves and gasped down at my wrists.

I closed my eyes and braced myself for a long, depressing lecture.

"Chloe why? Why did you do this again. You promised you wouldn't. What happened? Did something happen when I stayed home sick last week from school. Did something happen that you didn't tell me?" Katie was screaming at this point.

I opened my eyes and closed them tight.

I remembered what happened last week.

(FLASHBACK)

I walked into school, scared because Katie wasn't with me. I slowly went through a back way to get to my locker to avoid the Garrett and his puppies. Lucky me, I ran into Garrett.

"Oh hey there Cutter, wait. Where's the other one? Oh did your Emo sissy leave you. Did she finally realize what a bitch you are?"

"Leave me the fuck alone you dick." I spat at him.

"No, I think we could have some fun with you!" He laughed evily.

Next thing I know his puppies are carrying me outside. They throw me on the ground and Garrett starts punching me over and over. He kicked me in the jaw and pulled me up by my hair. I had blood all over my face and my jaw hurt like shit.

"HOW DOES THAT FEEL YOU SCRAWNY, PATHETIC EMO? HERE I BROUGHT YOU SOMETHING." He screamed.

He pulled out a box cutter and started cutting the backs of my arms. I screamed and screamed and tried to run but I was being held down. Garrett finally stopped and met me go. I slowly stood up and ran out of the courtyard. I ran into an old abandon park and say on a bench. I can't let Katie know what happened, I thought to myself.

I walked into a Starbucks a washed my face and pulled out some makeup to hide the bruises. I waited until school normally lets out to go home. I walked home and went to my room. Lucky Katie was sleeping on the couch. I walked to the bathroom believing everything Garrett called me and cut my wrists. Over the ones Garrett did. Man, I was worthless.

(FLASHBACK OVER)

Katie (P.O.V.)

After I asked Chloe what happened, she sat there with her eyes shut for about five minutes then she opened them. Her eyes had tears in them.

"Chloe, please tell me what happened."

"Not now Katie, lets just go to the concert and I'll tell you what happened when we get home. I can't speak what happened, it's too much right now." She said quietly

"Okay." I said.

I pulled her into a hug and she started the car again, we were about an hour away from the concert.
