HOW TO LOSE THIGH FAT / HOW TO GET THE THIGH GAP:
Note: I believe not everyone can get a thigh gap. To get a thigh gap you obviously have to lose weight on your thighs but when you have a small hip your thighs are naturally closer to each other and that makes it harder/unpossible to get a thigh gap.
- But here are some tips to lose thigh fat:
1) Burn calories: go running, biking , rope jumping, take the stairs, go up a hill etc ~~
2) Don't skip your first meal! You need protein that gives you energy for the day. It also helps build muscles.~~
3) Record your meals: This will help you see if you eat too much and what you can cut down.~~
4) Only drink water! And quite a lot~~
5) Get enough sleep. It's proven to aid in weight loss. Sleepiness makes people snack more and you also can't work out as much.~~
6) Consider your genetics. Some people lose weight a lot easier, some need a lot more time. Some people can get a thigh gap, some can't. ~~
7) A lot of exercises build muscles on your legs (e.g. squats) , you should avoid these because (extra) muscles make your legs bigger. Of course your legs will build muscles from dour workouts and you can look thinner nevertheless but doing extra more of such exercises is unhelpful. ~~
8) Don't work out more than 1hour a day. If you do more your body could feel stressed. ~~
9) Don't do short intense workouts/cardio but do long-duration cardio. ~~
10) When you lost weight on your legs you can start building a few more muscles to shape them nicely.•••••••••
HOW TO MAKE YOUR SKIN GLOW
1) Follow a skin care rountine: --- wash your face twice a day (in the morning and before going to sleep)
--- always remove your makeup before going to bed
--- apply toner (it removes dirt from your skin)
--- use moisturizer every day! (once a day for more oily skin and twice a day for dryer skin) --- exfoliate once a week (a scrub of sugar mixed with honey makes a good exfoliater. Rinse it off with warm water.) Use light presure and gently motions
- use suncreen or foundation with sun protection
2) Here are some home made remedies for glowing skin:
-1. Rub an ice cube on your face to improve the blood circulation. Also, if you are going in a party or in a special occasion, rub an ice cube before putting on the make-up. This will help the make-up to last longer, and the make-up won't smudge.
-2. Take a piece of papaya and mash it with the help of a fork. Take a tablespoon of honey and mix well with papaya pulp. Moisten your face and apply it on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
-3. Green apple works great in bringing back the lost glow. Apply the pulp of green apple on your skin. This will not only make your skin radiant and fair, but also circulates the blood well.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR HAIR SOFT AND HEALTHY WITH COCONUT OIL:
1) Measure 3-5 tablespoons of coconut oil. (Use unrefined rather than refined one.) If you have long, thick hair, use 5; if your hair is shorter and thinner, you only need 3 or 4. Put it in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it up until it is melted. It only takes a little time! Or you can let it melt in your hands.
2) Rub the coconut oil into your hair. Let it cool down for a few moments so it's not piping hot, then pour the coconut oil around the top of your head, evenly distributing it around your scalp. Use your fingers to massage it in and smooth it down your hair shaft all the way to the tips. Continue massaging it into your hair until your hair is completely drenched in coconut oil.
3) Take a plastic bag, an old t-shirt or a shower cap and cover your hair. Let the oil sit on your hair for at least 2 hours. You can also let it like this overnight.
4) Remove the wrapping from your hair and wash it. Use your favorite shampoo (preferably one with natural ingredients, to keep your hair healthy) to wash out the coconut oil. Wash it two or three times, until your hair no longer feels oily. Let it dry and you're done ^_^
