Y/N'S POV

So there I was... Outside Lauren Jauregui's apartment.

Can you just imagine what I was going through?

I have met Fifth Harmony in a meet & greet six months ago, and gave Lauren my twitter name to follow me. Since then, we have been pretty cozy.

I didn't see her as THE Lauren Jauregui anymore, just Lauren. But after you get a call from her, crying her eyes out telling you she needs someone to talk to... you start to get nervous.

What if I say something wrong and she hates me? What if she accidentally called me? What if this is all a joke?!

I took a deep breath and entered the building and checked my phone real quick for the flat number.

And there I was, standing face to face with her front door.

I rang the door bell and waited.

Let me just say, longest 2 minutes of my life!

But then the door slowly started to open, and I was thinking of just making a run for it right there, but it was too late.

Before I knew it, I was face to face with Lauren whose eyes were so red that it made my heart melt.

We just stood there looking at each other before I spoke up. "Soooo umm you said you wanted to talk?"

She didn't answer. She just looked at me with a facial expression that shows she was thinking.

"Umm if this is a bad time I can always come back later-" I was soon cut off by her embracing me in a tight hug, and boy were my emotions all over the place at that moment.

I like her a lot, but I knew she was straight, so I figured there's nothing wrong with being friends.

I slowly lifted my arms up and hugged her back, moving my head so it was deep into her neck, and I was able to have access to her natural scent. Her scent was unlike any other. She literally smelled beautiful. I don't know how long we hugged for but I didn't want it to end. Lauren was in my arms, basically allowing me to protect her and it just felt so...right.

The hug had to end at some point and she slowly pulled away from the hug. I put my arms back down on my sides, already missing her warmth.

"Thank you so much for coming Y/N. Please come in."

I walked in examining the apartment and it looked so...Lauren.

It had the 1975 and Lana Del Rey posters all around and the place wasn't anything fancy at all. You wouldn't even guess she's in a very successful group.

The apartment had two rooms, right next to it was the living room, and kitchen was few feet away. I already loved this place.

"Sorry for the mess. I wasn't in the mood to clean up honestly." She said looking down with a hint of shyness.

"It's okay; I don't see it as a mess at all. It's a very lovely place, actually." I said smiling sincerely at her.

"Thank you. I'll just make us some coffee and be right back okay?" She said disappearing into the kitchen without waiting for my reply.

As I sat there alone, I started getting anxious. I didn't know how to approach this matter and she wasn't really saying anything. Should I just start talking or wait for her to talk? Gosh! With all this thinking I'm going to end up needing therapy.

Lauren walked back in with two cups of coffee and set them down on the coffee table in front of us, which gave me a chance to examine her real quick.
