I could hear a lullaby. I recognised that voice, it was my mum's, she always sung it to me when I was ill or hurt, it would calm me down. I tried to open my eyes. They wouldn't open. I tried to move my legs. They wouldn't move. It was like I wasn't in control of my own body. That didn't stop me from trying to move, until I was able to twitch my hand.
"Did you see that, call the doctor immediately!"
With that my eyes opened. At first it was blurry, then everything became clear. My mum was standing over my with some people I've never seen before.
"What! I died? I fell off a cliff and died?" I panicked. "No sweetie these doctors saved your life, you've just been in a coma."
