spread the girl love. don't just hate a girl for something she did or has. don't get jealous. give her a compliment, spread a little love. no one deserves to be hated on, or to cry. if you're the one doing so, then just try your hardest to let it pass, or start being nicer to the person (depending on whether not you already are). you know, the world should all be about loving one another, but somehow that took a bad turn.
if you see two girls arguing, or talking down on one another, then split it up. tell them that this can't keep going on. i hate seeing girls arguing and fighting. no matter what the topic is. and i hate when girls hate on me. we all have to love each other! we can't keep going on like this, hate is horrible and we all know what it leads to, especially when it's coming from maybe an old friend.
my point is, join the movement. be kind to everyone, or try your hardest at least. spread the girl love, no matter what it takes. that's what i'm gonna do.
