You were now at Toriel's house explaining to her what happened.

"So it was like any normal day in the village. I was doing my shopping, of course wearing my cloak to cover my ears and tail from the humans."

You already explain to her how you were able escape from being trapped in the Underground. The humans thought that you were also human, since at the time your ears and tail was covered and you were only a young child, in your lonely house while the war between humans and monsters went on. When the war was finally over, you were the only monster that wasn't put into the Underground and trapped. You hid yourself with your cloak and  and tried your best to fit in with humans, getting to know them and get close to them.

"As I was looking at some tomato...the man who owned the stands was giving me a weird look...and asked me why I had a cloak on while the sun is out and...I told him that I didn't like the sun...he didn't take it and pushed me further with questions, but I didn't respond to any...he then..." Tears started to form in your eyes. Toriel looked at your with a worried face and grabbed your hand.

"Go on Y/N."

You sigh and gone on.

"He um...pulled down my hood expecting me to burn in the sun or something...he screamed in surprise seeing my H/C ears. As quick as possible I pull up my hood, paying the man for the tomato and walking off. Everyone in the village was now looking at me walk away...soon they started to follow me home...when I finally got home I started cooking dinner for myself...but I heard a loud bang from the door...and behind that door was a huge mob of angry villages...coming for me..."

Tears were now falling down your cheeks. Toriel wiped them away and told you to continue.

"I-I sneaked o-out the back...a-and I started to run to the mountain...they were go to kill me...and I didn't see the point of living if I died from the fall...so I did it..."

Toriel now had a look of terror on her face, and gave you a tight hug.

"Child...your poor...child..."

You cried into her shoulder...

"Thank you...Toriel..."
