Chapter Five

Kitana P.O.V
*The Day After The Meeting*

"Could, Kitana,Jade,Sonya Blade,Johnny Cage,Jax,Liu Kang,Kung Lao,Kenshi,Sub-Zero,Stryker and Kabal please meet with Raiden in the main hall please."
After hearing our name on the tannoy myself,Jade and Sonya left our room and began to walk.
As we were walking, someone unexpectedly came out of a classroom
I recognised her immediately. It was my sister. Mileena.
"Sweet sister..." She says in a sarcastic manner.
"My blood made you! That is all!" I spit back.
"Perhaps you will share a bit more at the tournament" she growls before walking past us, purposely knocking Jades shoulder.
I wish things were different between us, but she fights for Outworld, I wish to make things better one day.
I sigh and continue to walk.
We finally reach the hall and everyone seems to already be here. I suppose the encounter with Mileena delayed us.
"Well finally!" A man says, he wore a hat, similar to Raidens but it looked much sharper.
"Leave them alone!" Johnny shouts at him, then he looked at Sonya.
Sonya looked around, not wanting to make eye contact.
"Hurry up we dont have much time!" Raiden takes hold of a man with a red ribbon covering his eyes' hand and then takes the man with the sharp hats hand.
"Join hands, we will teleport to my temple." He says.
We all join hands, I'm holding hands with Jade and a fairly tall man with long black hair. He looks down and smiles at me. I smile back, although it wasn't very visible through my blue mask.
A streak of lightning appears and surrounds us all, and in the blink of an eye we were gone.
A few seconds later we appear at a small building with a big balcony. A man with long grey hair and glowing eyes, just like Raiden, was already here.
"Welcome," the man says.
"Warriors. This is Fujin. He shall be training you along side me."
"Hello, I'm the God of Wind. I can teach you magic and how to control it." He introduces himself.
"We will begin with a few matches to show what you can already do...Kitana! You will fight, Liu Kang." Raiden shouts.
I take a deep breath and enter the center of the balcony and Liu Kang follows behind. He was the warrior I held hands with before. Hes rather intimidating with his confidence.
"Hello...Kitana. I'll go easy on you." He says,
"Don't patronise me, I'm just as capable as you!" I shout back.
The fight begins and I throw my fans in his direction. But he blocks them. Instead of keeping my distance I run up to him and punch him several times and kick him backwards.
As he gets his balance back, I lift him up in a fan lift and uppercut him. After this I see him getting more and more determined to win. He shoots a fireball at me. I quickly use my fans to deflect the flaming projectile, and it worked! I hit him.
The fight finally finishes and I won!
"Didn't need to go easy, did you?"
I say boasting on my victory.
"I guess not, your good. Glad we have you in our team!" He says getting up and shaking my hand.
I never realised until he was this close to me how handsome he is, I think I may be developing a crush...
