I quickly made my way down the hallway weaving through people trying to not get noticed. I made it to my locker and got all the things that I will need for the whole day and went to my first period class which was algebra. I made my way to my seat in the back near the window. It's the best seat in the whole class because I can look outside on days when I'm bored and have a few moments of peace from all the bad in my life.

"Hi, I'm David"

I was so lost in thought that I didn't notice someone sitting next to me he was stretching out his hand to shake mine

In front of me was the most beautiful boy I had ever seen in my life, he these bright blue/green eyes and black tousled hair, he was a bit muscular but not too much, he had such soft pink lip's that you just wanted to kiss all-day which were pulled up with a warm smile. He was probably new because well I had never seen him before.

"Um- Hi I'm Amy you're new here aren't you" I say while I accept his handshake.

"Ya I am is it obvious?"

"Well two things give it away, I've never seen you before and people who go here never sit in the seat next to me."

"Why not, do you have cooties" he chuckles.

"No, I don't, and you'll eventually figure it out"

Miss. William quickly came in and told everyone in the class to sit and be quiet so we could begin.

"Ok everyone, before we start I believe we have a new student. David would please stand up and tell us a few things about yourself."

As soon as he stood up every single girl stared, which I totally get he was beautiful. I mean sure the boys around here are handsome but he was something completely different.

"Hi, I'm David I'm new to town, I have a younger brother and I love to relax on the weekend by playing video games" He sat back down and then someone said

"David since your new here I'll give you some advice you should probably not sit near that thing, she might try to cut you" David looked a bit uneasy. "I'm much better company" she smirked.

I looked to see who spoke, it was exactly who I expected the schools "popular" girl Sarah. I guess you could call her popular the only reason people like was one of two reasons either she was sleeping with your or she threatened to end your social life if you didn't do what she asked.

"Miss. Anderson, I'm sure you know that I do not allow that type of language in my class. Apologize" Miss. Williams yelled.

"Why should I apologize for the truth" Clare said to Miss. Williams.

"Either apologize or spend the next two days in detention" said Miss. Williams.

"Sorry" she said to me, but I knew she didn't mean it.

"Let begin class student turn to page 42 . . . "I quickly zoned out, I could feel David looking at me as I looked out the window but I didn't turn around. It's not like we are going to be friend's anyway I'm sure by the end of the day he will find a nice spot in Sarah's friend group and forget who I am just like everyone has. I just want this day to pass quickly.
