Dylan's POV
I walked to the white house with holes on the roof and broken windows. Everything inside was broken gone and there was blood everywhere. I recognize this place, I thought. I explored the old damaged house and saw pictures of a young women and young man. And I slowly bend down to pick up a picture of a boy wearing the same clothes as me .......
I saw a mirror , so I rushed over to take a look at myself and ....I....was that boy in the picture.....
This was my house. These were my parents. I used to live here. Where are they now ? And that's when he remembered it all. The house ,his parents ,the times spent in that old house. His stomach growled like a lion , so he went to the kitchen to reach for food. And when he entered the kitchen he saw the most socking thing he seen today. Tears ran down my cheek non stop. My mother , laying on the floor with a bullet in the middle of her forehead. The smell went up my nose and almost made me barf but I was able to hold it in. Why is my mother dead ? Who did this ? Is all I thought about. Who would do this to her she was sweeter than a juicy peach.
Then I heard a loud noise that made me jump up and turn. I took a knife full of blood and approached the kitchen door slowly with tears still in my eyes. I opened the door slowly and I saw nothing. But I did notice there was something moving up stairs. So I walked up the old wooden stairs slowly ,and saw a shadow ,"Who's there ?" , I yelled with a deep voice.
I heard no response .....
But then I heard a sorta growl but at the same time choking on there saliva. I asked again "who's there ". But all I heard was the horrible growling and then something stood in the top of the stairs. I couldn't tell what it was at first but then when he got closer I saw ...my dad .
"Dad?" I yelled.
All he did was growled at me as he got closer .
"Dad its me dylan ".
But he just approached faster so I backed up and he was about to touch me when this curly tall guy came rushing through with a sword and swoshed my dads head off.
The blood splashed all over my face and I just fell to the floor.
I felt the tears running down again.
"Why did you do that !??!" , I yelled to the curly hair green eye guy." He was my father and you just killed him !!" .
"Was", said the green eye guy.
"Was , what does that suppost to mean?!", I yelled .
"That was definitely a walker", said the curly hair guy.
" a walker ?", i asked confused.
"Here come with me and I'll explain everything in a safe place ".
I didn't know this guy ,I didn't even know his name I don't know if I should trust him , I mean he just killed my father.
"My names harry " ,he said reading my thoughts.
"My name is ....dylan ", I told him
"Well dylan I promise I won't hurt you",harry said.
I had no were to go and no idea what was happening so I just went with him.
We went to a under ground pipe which was surprising really warm. We entered this weird secret home and with other people inside. When we got in, they had a lot of equipment, guns , food , water , and even clothes. There were 5 boys around my age they were name calum ,Ashton , jace ,Damon and of course harry. They all introduced there self to me and were actually really cool. But that didn't change the fact that I was still shocked and confused .
I finally asked "whats happening ? And why did harry killed my father?".
"Why did i wake up in a basement and there was a whole mess in the city and why are we hidding in a pipe hole under ground ? They all stayed quite for a moment but then harry started talking.
"Look I don't know why u were in a basement but I do know that the world is not the same anymore it has changed ok. You have to understand that those things out there are not people there something else we call them walkers. And there not them self's ok . Your father back there wasn't really your father he was a walker and he was going to eat you. He didn't know who you are. It all started in a experiment gone wrong and spread out a virus that kills people but then in a few hours they come back to life but in some other way that all they do is eat people that are still alive .
As the words came out of his mouth I just stayed quite tried to seem as normal as I could but in the inside I was dying with all I was hearing.
Those words frighten me walkers , virus, kill , back to life it all seemed like a dream , a nightmare.
When harry finished explaining everything , I didn't realize I was staring right at all the food they had , that's when ashton said "You must be hungry I'll make you a sandwich ok ",and he went off .
He came back with the sandwhich a glass of water my stomach growled once again , it looked like heaven.
"Thank you Ashton ".
"No problem " he said.
The sandwhich not only looked like heaven it taste like it too.
