Dylan's dream
I was sitting in my room studying for a physics test I had the next day , when I suddenly heard a loud bang on my window. I jump with a small sream and turned towards the window , I saw her sweet little face , smiling with those perfect teeth, happy as always.
For some reason I knew her like the palm of my hand.
She was like my best friend since the day I met her in kindergarten.
I remember how she stuck up for me when this boy was bulling me .
I have never forgotten that moment , since then we've been best friends.
We have so many things in common ,she wasnt like most girls , she hated makeup ,hated dresses and was .... A tomboy. A very attractive one .
"Loser open the window would ya ?"
"Oh yeah sorry" , I said as I went towards the window to open it.
"You studying for physics?",she asked as she was squeezing towards the window.
"Yeah wanna help me ,since your good at physics?"
"Sure why not ",she said walking towards my bed.
We were discussing about questions I had for her , she really always helped me out , I sometimes even thought she's way to smart but hates admiting it.
"What were u thinking of ?" ,she asked starring at me with her dark brown eyes.
"W-what do u mean?"
"When you where starring out the window for about an hour , what where you thinking of?"
"Oh no I was kinda daydreaming , I'm kinda stressed out with all these test coming up " , I said kinda nervously .
"Oh I see ",she said looking at me , like if she knew I was lying.
There was an awkward silence between us until she finally broke the silence.
"Do you wanna take a break ?",she said with her smile growing in her thin little face.
"Uh yeah I could use one ",
"OK follow me ",she said jumping out of my bed and running towards my bed room door.
I followed her all through my house till I found my mom talking to her down stairs.
"What in the world are u doing here hon ? I didn't even see you come in ?",said my mom with a huge smile .
"Oh sorry ma'am , I ment to call but I totally forgot",nikki said with a smile in her face as well.
"Well then what are u doing over there, give your mother in law a hug",my mother said .
"Mother in law ?", both nikki and I said at the same time .
"Yes of course I really ship y'all as a couple , Dylan I'm your mother so I really want you with my baby girl here",she said hugging nikki.
"Sorry ma'am ,but Dylan is totally in love with Rebbeca Smith ,the most popular girl in school",nikki said laughing .
"Hahaha your so funny ,I don't like her I have someone else in mind ok ",I said.
"Yeah right every time you look at her you droll ",she said laughing even louder.
"Ahh no I don't ok , now what where we gonna do ?", I said changing the subject.
"Oh yeah ,ma'am can we go some where real quick ?",she asked my mom .
"Yeah just hurry back its close to getting late ",my mom said
"No worries I'll protect your son ".
"Yeah I totally believe you'll protect him better than him protecting you ",my mom said laughing .
"That's not true!",I said.
